Fall in love with Bella Rio, our custom-built home that sits right on the Russian River! Just ten minutes from the Pacific Ocean and a few miles from Guerneville, it is light, bright, clean and airy. Completely furnished just one year ago, it can accommodate up to eight people and would be a perfect retreat for two families or a weekend with friends.

Located above the Russian River, you can enjoy the views year round from our brand new 400 square foot deck. It's a lovely and serene spot to read the paper, sip that morning joe and entertain your friends. On a clear night, the stars are fantastic! Stepping down from the deck, you will find a flat grassy area ideal for croquet, badminton or cartwheels! More steps take you down to the river for water play. Take out our canoe and kayaks and paddle out to see the otters hunt for trout. The water level is usually so shallow that you can walk out to the middle of the river! After you've cooled down in the water, warm up in our hot tub, nestled near the deck on a small grassy knoll. In the private front yard, there are fruit trees landscaped beautifully with other vegetation and a long driveway perfect for hopscotch and chalk painting. This is where you will take in the views of the hills surrounding the dell where the house is located.

The kitchen sports a full river view and is large enough to cook with friends. Granite counter tops, restaurant style appliances and two eating tables set this rental apart from many others. The floorplan is modern so the kitchen opens directly to the living room, which is really the hub of the home. It's ceiling is vaulted and windows climb the walls to take advantage of the home's lovely setting. A wood burning stove is especially comforting in the winter time and the room is arranged to encourage socializing with three couches in a U-shape. The vaulted living room has a balcony overlooking it furnished just for kids! There is a chalkboard, butcher paper and kid-size tables and chairs, as well as pens, games and books to keep them busy for a bit. They can play and watch TV up there while you enjoy drinks below in front of the fireplace.

Make sure that you stay in the master bedroom with it's stunning river views, quiet seating area and spa bath. Your friends and family can use any one of the other four rooms; they are all tastefully furnished, quiet and comfortable. The upstairs media room has new, state-of-the-art technology including a 60” screen TV/DVD and audio visual system. High-speed wireless internet is included so bring your laptop. This room has three couches, two of which fold out to full size beds and an outside balcony from which to watch the sunset. Down the hall, a half bath sits near another bedroom with two twin beds, a large closet and a dresser. Going downstairs there are two more bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and another with a twin sized trundle unit. Both bedrooms have closets and are near a full bathroom. The flooring is hardwood in the common areas and carpeted elsewhere. The garage opens to the home's interior which makes doing laundry painless.
