A unique Caribbean-style beach house offering far reaching sunset views with landscaped gardens and flat lawn leading down to 144 feet of sheltered soft sandy beach with gentle incline into Lake Norman ideal for children. 3400 square feet of heated space offers the following.
The upper floor hosts the kitchen with dining/breakfast area and also a separate dining room (also with Lake view). The master suite is a joy to behold with fantastic Lake views from the bedroom and the gorgeous
bathroom.There is also another bedroom and separate bathroom. Hi-speed Internet access is available from the office which is also on this level.
The living room is a central feature of the house giving access all areas and also the superb covered porch which also gives access to the rear garden and beach via stairs.
Downstairs on the lower level, we have the family/entertainment room with bar which has lake views and access. Bedroom three with en-suite facilities (lake view and access) and bedroom four gym/office are also to be found here.
