The views from every level of this 5000 s.f. home will take your breath away. Enjoy unobstructed, panoramic views of beautiful Lake Tahoe and the mountains, filtered views of the Incline Village championship golf course, and the sunsets are magnificent!
We built and furnished this custom home 6 years ago. It is our pride and joy. The upper level includes the livingroom, kitchen, office and 300 s.f. deck. The spacious gourmet kitchen features a chef's 5-burner/double oven gas range, stainless refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, granite countertops, and custom cabinets. The kitchen island features a granite eating bar, which seats 5. The adjacent dining room seats 6.
Step out onto the deck to grill steaks or hot dogs on the gas grill, gaze at the stars, or just sit and enjoy the wonderful view. The very comfortable livingroom has a giant screen TV, surround sound, CD, DVD, and VCR. A second cozy sitting area next to the flagstone gas fireplace is the perfect place for snuggling or curling up with a good book.
The luxurious master suite is on the lower floor. It features a king-size bed, walk-in closet, private deck, marble bath with jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. You will wake up to spectacular views. Adjacent to the master bath is what we like to call the "spa area." This is where you go to relax in the sauna and massage chair. There are two additional bedrooms on this floor, each with a queen-size bed. One unique feature of this floor is the custom-made copper "tree" sculpture and indoor pond on the landing. This sculpture is an indoor fountain. There are beautiful and unique artwork pieces throughout the home, including bronze sculptures, paintings, wood carvings, and a beautiful crystal geode.
The 1000 s.f. gameroom is on the bottom floor. This is where you go to sing karaoke, watch DVDs on the second giant screen TV with surround sound while munching popcorn from the popcorn cart, play cards on the poker table, or play bumper pool. This is also where you will find the classic board games like monopoly and scrabble. There are 2 more bedrooms on this floor, one with a king-size bed, and the other with bunkbeds. Also, the sofa in the gameroom opens to a queen size bed.
If you like to gamble, the Hilton casino is just down the hill about 10 minutes away, or a scenic 45 minute drive to Southshore and Reno. The home has a 2-car garage for parking.
This beautiful home is perfect for entertaining or just chilling. We have comfortably hosted a wedding at the house and Thanksgiving family reunions.
