Woods Hole is a wonderful location for family summer gatherings with a variety of activities for all ages: Folk singing, folk dancing, lectures, live theater, concerts, science classes for children, tennis, swimming,and sailing lessons, and the community built Taft playground. Woods Hole is the starting line for the Falmouth Road Race, and the main location for the Woods Hole Film Festival. The Shining Sea bike path entrance is a short walk or 2 minute bike ride from this home. Town and beaches are an easy 10-15 minute stroll. From this home you can hear the ferry as it leaves the dock for Martha's Vineyard, and the bell tower as it chimes throughout the day.
