We bought this home as a beach retreat for us and our grandchildren because Sanibel is like nothing else in Florida or we suspect anywhere else in the world, due to its unique environmental environment. 60% is conservation land. And, of course we love the beach, shelling, swimming, biking, etc. We include bikes, beach and pool toys, kid toys, etc.
Our home has just been completely remodeled and redecorated including lots of local and whimsical Florida art. Casual, but sophisticated furnishings and lots of bright beachy colors.Gourmet equipped kitchenwith granite, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar.
There are many great restaurants nearby, if you prefer, we can recommend many. We also have a library of books,games, CD's and DVD's for your gentle use. Also 3 flat screens and wireless! We have a lovely caged pool where our grankids tend to live 6-10 hours a day.
