This condo really fit our needs perfectly. We traveled to Cocoa Beach in hope of seeing a shuttle launch live, alas that did not happen but we still had a blast. This condo housed my husband and myself, my parents and our two elementary age children. Our children LOVED having their own space and it is a huge 3rd bedroom. The pictures don't show how much room there is. The 3rd bedroom is at the back of the condo so we could still be up and active and talking after the kids had gone to bed with no fear of waking them. The view is a true to the photos if not a bit better in real life than the photos. We chose this building to make use of the pool, which never happened because the ocean was so warm and the waves were great for boogie boarding. So I can not review the pool. It looked nice though and the grounds are very clean. The unit was very clean too. We all liked our beds very much and there were plenty of towels. Decor is not all that modern, but it did feel like home by the second day. I received the damage deposit in entirety about 1 week after returning home.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
