Sleeps up to 10: Three bedrooms Master bedroom suite with California King bed has its own bathroom. His and her’s sinks. Second bedroom has double bed; third bedroom has 2 single beds. Ample closet space. Large family room has pull-out sofa to accommodate 2 and a futon for 1 or 2. Washer and dryer. All linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels, etc.) included.
IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT BATHROOMS: There are 3 bathrooms that have toilets. One is located in the Master bedroom in a separate "water closet" or as the Europeans call it, a W.C. Also in the master bedroom is a 7 foot long vanity counter with cabinets and his and hers sinks. THERE IS ONLY ONE FULL BATH THAT INCLUDES A BATHTUB AND SHOWER in the house and it is located upstairs. The downstairs bathroom has a sink, toilet and the laundry room (washer and dryer). We find people manage with only one shower/bath for a small group. A larger group may want to create a signup schedule! We have always divided our family into morning showerers and evening showerers. Works out fine. It's a wonderful house, but you should be aware of the single shower / bathtub situation and consider this in your plans. |
