Why the Owner Chose Private Homes
Several of my friends have retired to Sarasota County and Venice Beach is one of their favorite places for bathing, fishing, playing golf and eating at restaurants.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The condo was completely renovated in 2005. It is a "turn-key" operation, complete with linens, towels, and everything you need for cooking, baking, and instructions for all the appliances (even the alarm clock).
It is a short bike ride from the beach, golf course, and Sharkey's Pier. It is also adjacent to the Venice municipal airport, which features airshows, art and craft fairs, in addition to the convenience of arriving and departing in your own aircraft.
