Enjoy the views from the private hot tub of this luxurious mountain home located one block from XCS and bike trails, with Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, and Vail resorts just minutes away.

This comfortable house is tastefully decorated and furnished. The cathedral-ceiling living room has leather lazy-boy chairs and sofa facing the woodburning fireplace and TV/DVD/VHS/Hi-Fi. There is wireless broadband throughout. A local flower book, trail guides, and maps are thoughtfully provided. Rainbow Lake is less than a 30 minute hike from the front door.

One level down is a large family room with another TV/DVD/Hi-Fi and a comfortable seven-inch-thick mattress queen sofabed, plus a full bath and a bedroom with two bunkbeds - providing a separate living area! This makes a great home for two small or one large family. There also is a full-size clothes washer and dryer, Tunturi exercise bike, games, puzzles, and a stair baby gate.

The master bedroom on the top level has a vaulted ceiling, queen bed, private bath, large walk-in closet and TV/VCR. The mid-level bedroom has its own bath and a full-size bed. The house has a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast/cocktail bar and spacious dining room, and the hot-tub is protected with a glass-enclosed porch. The garage has ski racks, plastic sleds, a car block heater and battery charger, and there is ample onsite parking for two additional vehicles. Snow removal, lawn maintenance, firewood, and cleaning services are included.

Two blocks away is a clubhouse with a large heated pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, sauna, steam room, and a racquetball and outdoor tennis court. Several blocks away on Frisco’s Main Street are free resort shuttle buses. Less than a mile away is beautiful Lake Dillon, with boating and bike paths. Nearby are numerous shops, restaurants, cinema, discount outlets, bowling, and hiking/snowshoeing trails.
