Tim & Dana: Our first trip to Colorado was great. Everything we imagined and more. The kids loved it. Where else can you ski in the morning and play at the pool in the afternoon? I cannot say enough about your condo. It was awesome, you truly have a gem there. The building, the convenience and the location were all great. Our friends that stayed at Lone Eagle were somewhat envious. They wished they had stayed at the Timbers instead. Also cannot say enough about your hospitality. Of course I liked the Honor Bar the best, what a great idea. Thanks again to you and your family for hosting us. I cannot think of anything to improve upon. I will definitely be keeping your information if we can make it back. Thanks again.

We have stayed in many condominiums in other areas of Colorado and in other parts of the United States. Unit 3056 at The Timbers is amazing... and is by far the nicest condo we have ever experienced. We have never been made to feel more welcome or “at home”! The owners’ are a pleasure to work with, and their hospitality and concern for their guests’ comfort is unsurpassed. The condo is elegant, absolutely immaculate and impeccably furnished and decorated. It is also filled with every amenity/convenience one might find in one’s own home. Along with this, the owners are extremely gracious in providing access to and use of all contents within the condo – which are normally reserved or locked away solely for owner use. Thank you not only for the great accommodations, but even more-so, for your service to our country.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We have stayed at many properties in the River Run area and this Timbers’ condo beats them all hands down. The condo is exactly as described: beautifully decorated, outfitted and maintained. The owners have put a lot of work into making their guests feel like they are staying at a friend's place, not a faceless condo. It was like you just walked into your own home for the weekend - there were so many thoughtful touches as the owners had thought of everything that one might need. You will find movies, games, comfy bed, fantastic shower, jetted tub, stocked shelves, unique “Honor Bar” and even frosty mugs in the freezer. This is not only a beautiful condo, but efficiently run as well. We can't wait to return!

Dear Tim and Dana; Thank you for sharing your wonderful vacation home with us. With all of your special touches it truly felt like we were staying at a friend's home, not a typical vacation rental. We especially loved the complimentary bottles of wine, Colorado microbrews, Honor Bar, Smores' Bar, videos and your family photos. Your attention to all the small details, notes on how to use everything and the warm and comfy décor made this by far the nicest vacation rental we've ever stayed in. It is so well stocked and furnished there was not one thing we wished for. We also appreciated your pre-arrival communication with us with useful info such as grocery store location, weather and slope info and link to driving conditions. 12-16 Feb 2009... Dear Born Family: Thank you for sharing your vacation home with us. We had a wonderful time. We loved the Timbers, the location of your unit and how you thought of EVERYTHING to help make our stay comfortable (I especially appreciated the well equipped kitchen and crockpot). Our memories of our first trip to Keysonte and stay at Timbers 3056 will last a lifetime. My eight year old son became a "real" skier, my 14 year old son continued mastering the snowboard, and my son who is a cadet at USAFA and his roommate enjoyed some home-cooked meals, skiing and R&R... what a privilege it was to get to spend some time with them. 8-13 Jan 2009... Hi Tim and Dana, We just got in from an amazing stay at your condo!! We really hated to leave and have to say it was our best trip to Keystone yet. We had great snow, little crowds, and a wonderful place to call home - it was peaceful and elegant. You were right about the amenities - as we loved the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi, and really enjoyed the ski in/ski out availability. This is a fantastic condo. It is the perfect location and very nice. I visited in the off season, but this place would be amazing in ski season. Excellent owner to work with and would love to visit again.
