House is located directly across from Barnegat Light and the Barnegat Inlet. It is ideal for boating, fishing and the like; a 10-15 minute boat ride will take you to Long Beach Island (20 minute car ride). Take your boat to the backside of of Island State Park Beach,(10-15 minute boat ride) anchor, and walk over the island path to the Ocean.
