Waterfront ranch with water on two sides and a bay view in the distance. 70 feet of bulkhead on deep water lagoon to park your boat. Small private bay beach with playground about 1/4 mile away. Property is located in Skippers Cove, in Waretown New Jersey, 08758.

House is located directly across from Barnegat Light and the Barnegat Inlet. It is ideal for boating, fishing and the like; a 10-15 minute boat ride will take you to Long Beach Island (20 minute car ride). Take your boat to the backside of of Island State Park Beach,(10-15 minute boat ride) anchor, and walk over the island path to the Ocean.
