20 miles south of 'Rosarito Beach' lies the scenic coastal community of La Mision. Baja Oasis, in La Mision, is a beautifully landscaped, 1.4 acre, gated property with spectacular views and features over 20 different species of palm trees. A comfortable five minute walk away is our beach where you can swim, boogie-board, surf, fish, 'horseback ride', play volleyball, or just relax.
Your baja lodging is a cozy 1400 square foot, four bedroom, three bath house with 'fully-equipped kitchen', large living room with fireplace, separate dining room, and beds to sleep twelve people comfortably. A furnished 250 square foot patio overlooking the 'La Mision River valley', complete with gas barbecue and swing, is perfect for entertaining, outdoor dining, or just taking in the incredible scenery. There is also a detached one bedroom, 1.5 bath "cabana" near the swimming pool that is available for an additional price or can be rented separately.
Outdoor activities at 'Baja Oasis' include a seasonal swimming pool, half-court basketball area, volleyall court, ping-pong, horseshoes, and croquet. If just stretching out and relaxing is in order, you can do that too on 640 square feet of manicured lawn. Whatever your pleasure, you can be sure to find it at Baja Oasis.

HOUSE ONLY: Up to 9 people .. $225/night +$25 each additional person/night.
CABANA RENTED WITH HOUSE: Additional $100/night.
CABANA ONLY: 2 people .. $125/night; 4 people .. $150/night
Minimum stay: 2 nights regular, 3 nights holiday periods. Weekly rates available.
Minimum $100 cash security deposit due upon arrival, refundable upon departure.
50% of total rental (non refundable)is due at time of booking to reserve dates.
The balance is due at least 1 week prior to arrival.

I've been staying at Baja Oasis since 2002 and visit once or twice a year. Have brought big party groups and small relaxing types. It's close to Ensenada and Rosarito with smaller places like La Fonda and Pueto Nuevo just a few miles away. The house has a great layout to relax and the pool, basketball court, sand volleyball court and horseshoes area are there for anyone who wants to have fun. The beach to surf is less then a 1/4 mile and you can see it from the property. You can't go wrong staying here.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, pet owners, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.

I got to spend some time at the Baja Oasis last weekend during my stay down in the Rosarito area. This is the nicest vacation home I've visited in mexico!! Amenities galore, perfectly groomed sand volleyball court, basketball, horseshoes, pool. If you are looking to rent your own private resort at hotel room rates, this is your spot. I got to meet John the owner, he's a great guy. He just wanted to build a place that had something for everyone, and he has more than succeeded.

My very first stay at Baja Oasis was awesome, not just because I spent it with a really great friend and his family, along with the owner's of Baja Oasis, but this place is everything the advertisement says it is. It was THE most relaxful weekend I have spent in a very long time! I highly recommend taking the time, spending the money, and enjoying a visit to Baja Oasis. Thanks to John and Tito for your gracious hospitality, and thanks so much to my friend Jay, who envited me to spend some time with his famliy at this wonderful retreat in Mexico! JD Montezuma
