I simply have to offer GREAT RATES on my 2 bedroom unit, king size in master, queen size in 2nd bedroom, nice, clean, and modern 1030 sq. ft. condo (2nd floor unit) in the heart of Jupiter, in a garden type, quiet setting (nothing spectacular but I like it here), all tile floors, custom kitchen (granite counter tops etc.), fair size deck out the back on the ground floor unit, close to everything, being in the center of town, vicinity of Military Trail and Indiantown Rd.
Two miles from the ocean, 3 miles from my timeshare complex on the ocean, 1 mile from the Olympic size pool, 5 miles from Roger Dean Stadium.
This is not a gated community and there are no amenities on the property, i.e., pool, tennis courts, etc., but that is more than adequately made up for by access to my timeshare facility on the ocean, the only facility on the ocean in Jupiter.
The complex is well maintained, quiet (on a dead end street), consisting of 3 buildings of 4 units each.
Some nice restaurants, a unique, not crowded area, Jupiter Island being a short ride away (Tiger Woods being the latest celebrity to join the crowd), everything from the high life of Palm Beach to the Tropics of the Keys, to rodeos, to big game hunting, to fabulous fishing both fresh and saltwater being available. Fabulous park systems abound around Jupiter, off road biking, horseback riding, kayaking, etc.
You might even catch someone like Alan Jackson playing in a local establishment (the Square Grouper), to Tiger Woods playing golf, to Celine Dion driving around, to great performances in our local theater "The Maltz" (formerly Burt Reynold's).
