*ALL PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE* I have to offer a nice 1030 sq. ft. condos (2nd floor & downstairs units)in the heart of Jupiter, in a garden type, quiet setting (nothing spectacular but I like it here), all tile floors, custom kitchen (granite countertops etc.), fair size deck out the back, close to everything. If I did not have horses 6 miles away from me, I would not even need a car here to get around, a bike would take me everywhere.
The complex is well maintained, quiet (on a dead end street), consisting of 3 buildings of 4 units each.
Some nice restaurants, a unique, not crowded area, Jupiter Island being a short ride away (Tiger Woods being the latest celebrity to join the crowd), everything from the high life of Palm Beach to the Tropics of the Keys, to rodeos, to big game hunting, to fabulous fishing both fresh and saltwater being available. Fabulous park systems abound around Jupiter, off road biking, horseback riding, kayaking, etc.
You might even catch someone like Alan Jackson playing in a local establishment, to Tiger Woods playing golf, to Celine Dion driving around, to great performances in our local theater "The Maltz" (formerly Burt Reynold's).
***Access to the JUPITER REEF CLUB is available as my guests during your stay. This resort is right on the ocean with a heated pool, hot tub, gas grills and covered patio tables. High season rates without access to my timeshare on the ocean are only $2500.00 per month.***
