SUMMER BEACH Rental: JUN - SEP: 1 bedroom: $1400 / Week, as a 2 bedroom duplex: $1500 / Week.
Queen and single bed in one Master bedroom, full futon and a single daybed in the 2nd Master bedroom, 1 queen futon and 2 twins in the Living room, 1 1/2 bathrooms plus outdoor hot shower. Modern eat-in kitchen plus separate large Dining Room for 6. Enjoy sandy beach just down the street, and a beautiful forest nearby. Lots of shops and resturants just blocks away, deep sea fishing, pier fishing and lots of other attractions. A $200 refundable security-damage deposit is required. - We are located less then 1 block from a private residential Beach area and just 10 minutes to the main boardwalk area. Virtually the most comfortable, spacious, clean and affordable stay in the area. There is a separate large dining room that comfortably seats 6 with a TV, and a couch that can sleep one additional person.

- Kid Friendly : We are located in a private residential beach area less than one block from the Bay. This is ideal for kids of all ages; younger children can be kept track of a lot easier because the waves are not as rough. Great for swimming, skim boarding and other water sports. Surfing possible at the oceanfront nearby. Fully equipped with stroller, high chair, crib and playpen for your baby so you can travel light.

There is a great billiard hall across the street, along with several venues with live music nearby.

JC AND THE OWNERS MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME AND THE HOUSE WAS WELL STOCKED AND SPACIOUS. THE LOCATION WAS CONVENIENT TO ALL VIRGINIA BEACH ATTRACTIONS, WE HOPE TO RETURN AGAIN
