Water's Edge is located at The Cays near The Hermitage on Exuma. This newly-constructed water-front villa comfortably accommodates one to six guests.
PLEASE NOTE: Effective August 1, 2009, use of a 14 foot Carolina Skiff center console boat is now included with each rental. Renter must agree to terms and conditions of using this boat. Explore the nearby Mangrove creek, anchor out in the bay and snorkel the reefs, use it for fishing or go picnicking on one of the many deserted islands.
There are three bedrooms and three full baths. A large wrap-around porch faces beautiful sunsets over the water. A fully-equipped kitchen awaits you. The house also features vaulted ceilings, central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, and high-quality furnishings.
We really are located at the water's edge. Just a few steps from the front door and you are at the calm and clear water. There is a small marina on the property and a dock close by. We also have use of a beautiful pool that is shared with only a few other homes. Because most of the other homes are owned by absentee owners, you will most likely have the beach and pool to yourself most of the time!
Our location in a very small, quiet, private neighborhood will make you feel safe and relaxed. Our caretakers are nearby, should you need any directions to the nearest deserted beach, or want some suggestions for fun day excursions.
If you want peace and quiet, look no further. A relaxing walk along the waterfront at sunset is worth the price alone. Or take a short walk to the off-the-beaten path inland blue hole and check out the underwater cave entrance.
This property also features a fully stocked honor bar, located at the poolside cabana, outside showers and restroom, and a beautiful white sand beach with palm frond umbrellas, for when you might need a break from the sun.
