Our home is set back from the main road, giving you secluded tranquility! As you meander down the lane and come upon the house, your thought is: 'This is the Montana Dream!'
Our home is located on 10 acres and is approximately 2500 square feet with lovely hardwood floors throughout. It has 1000 square feet of porch and decking to relax and enjoy beautiful Montana. The views are exceptional and with a little hike to the top of our property, you have an unobstructed view of the Mission Valley and the National Bison Range.
We have two bedrooms, a loft bedroom and two and a half baths. The master suite is located downstairs with a private deck. It has his and hers closets and the bath with double sinks and a separate shower and tub area. The other two bedrooms are upstairs along with a spacious family/entertainment room which has TV/DVD/CD player as well as DVD’s and games for your enjoyment. It also has extra sleeping arrangements.
There are two living areas downstairs, one with a perfect view of the Mountains! The kitchen is a gourmet dream with all the amenities and just gorgeous!! It has island seating and a dining room. Grocery store just minutes away (in St. Ignatius proper) Stock up and you are ready to go!!
Our home is completely furnished, just beckoning you! Bring yourself, clothes & toothbrush!! If you are looking for luxurious relaxation and enjoying nature, you’ve come to the right place.
We are centrally located with Flathead Lake to the north of us and Missoula & Montana Snowbowl to the south of us (easy one hour drive either way) with many points of interest in between! There are many museums and the beautiful Saint Ignatius Mission (open year round), as well as plenty of outdoor activities to be had in winter or summer. If you like, bring your boat to take to the many lakes to enjoy all your water activities.
Take a scenic drive for a day trip to Kalispell, Big Fork or the Glacier National Park. Then again, once you are settled in, you may never want to leave the property, opting instead for a quiet, romantic and private retreat all to yourselves!! Dear Teresa, Our time in your home in Montana was wonderful.. Our family had such a good time. We went fishing almost everyday, but had to go pretty far due to the forest fire closures. We also went white water rafting in Polson which was the highlight of our trip. Your home was perfect for our needs, and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation in comfort. Again, It was so much fun... We caught alot of fish on the Flat Head River near Dixon. We have one cousin that married an Indian gentleman who owns like 20,000 acres of land in and around Dixon. Just got back to Arizona from from spending Thanksgiving week here. We got to be here for the first snow fall and it was just picture perfect! Had a wonderful time of rest and relaxation and didn't want to leave!! Every time we come up it gets harder to go back home.
