  The owner was wonderful to work with and answered all of our questions. We received correspondence in a very timely manner with exact details as to how to check in. The property was exactly as described and the photos showed all of the amenities exactly as they were. The villa was clean and quiet with all the comforts of home.The location was great as we could walk across the street to the pool and barbecues. The grounds are well kept. We loved having breakfast, lunch and dinner on the lanai watching the sun set. It was our home away from home. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay there again. We were able to explore the north side of the island driving all the way around to the airport. There are a lot of good restaurants in the area that you can walk to as well as a little market if you have forgotten something. We found the beaches in the area to be wonderful and there are two great snorkeling places within a 5 min. drive.

  Immaculate, nicely furnished and totally updated condo. Overlooks the ninth fairway at Kapalua. Especially enjoyed the quiet and uncrowded area.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

  My family stayed here for Christmas and New Year's this year and it was absolutely perfect!!! Mitch was great and impressively accommodating. The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. We could walk right down to Kapalua Beach from our unit. We snorkeled there almost every morning. Another treat was the quick ride to DT Flemming Beach where we boogie boarded every afternoon with great waves. We are already planning another trip to Kapalua. The best part is; I already have the perfect place to stay!!! Thank you Mitch :-D

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.
