Located off the 'Out to Lunch' ski trail, a short walk onto slopes and walk/ski off. Situated within Sugarbush village and within walking distance to shops, restaurants, daycare, health and racquetball club. Recently painted.
One bedroom, living room with Microfiber couch with full size pull-out bed. In 2008 we added a new custom made pillow top for the pull out mattress to make it more comfortable. You can not feel the bar.
Fully equipped kitchen with full size oven and dishwasher.
32 inch Flat screen TV in living room with Cable, VCR and DVD.
Fireplace with unlimited firewood and balcony.
Condo is within walking distance to out to lunch trail. In the winter you can ski back through the parking lot if there is enough snow. Otherwise it is a walk back less than a football field. You do not have to drive. There is a shuttle bus that can take you around the area as well.

We just got back from a great week in Sugarbush. The condo we stayed in was great and the owner was very helpful (spot on with dining recommendations for the nights we ate out too). The condo was clean, comfortable and very convenient to everything. I can't say enough about the service at the mountain as well. You can walk to it but for us, with small children, it was easier to hop in the car for the short drive (about a minute literally) to the drop off area right next to the ski school. They have more than enough people their directing cars. They even had people offering to carry your equipment up any steps and offering free hot cider outside the lodge. Ski school for the kids was great. They also had an excellent program for beginner adults (never been skiing before). It included rentals, lift ticket and 3 lessons. After completing the 3 lessons my wife received a "season pass" good for the rest of the 2009/2010 season. How can you beat that for a couple hundred bucks? I should also mention that on the days the kids were in ski school (full day includes lunch for the kids) my wife and I made it a point to have a leisurely lunch in the pub in the base lodge. We could have easily gone back to the condo, but we saw it as an opportunity to spend some time together dining out without the kids. The food in the pub, or any ski lodge I have ever been in, was not cheap but I have to say that it was very good and worth it to us. For the days when we decided not to ski, we went to Waitsfield (nearby town) for outdoor ice skating which was very inexpensive and also visited the coolest movie theater I ever saw. It had a restaurant/pub attached to it and you could pretty much bring any type of food or beverage into the theater. We had a great time and will be back!Did you find this review helpful? Cozy, well maintained, good location. Owner was very pleasant to work with. On-line description was accurate. Enjoyed the fireplace and crock-pot. 1 complaint: the sofa-bed mattress was not very comfortable.Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers.
