Luxurious and modern 2800 square foot home on a beautiful waterfront location with 24 ft Sea Ray Sports Deck boat (optional) to take advantage of convenient access to the Gulf of Mexico, and the beautiful offshore islands of Sanibel and Captiva.
Spacious Master suite with glass sliding doors opening onto South facing pool area and lanai. The suite is equipped with Cable TV and has a large walk in closet. The luxury en-suite bathroom has a jacuzzi tub, large walk in shower and twin hand basins with vanity surface. The second bedroom has large built in wardrobe, and en-suite facilities with shower.
The remaining two bedrooms have beautiful views over the water at the rear of the home and share a bathroom with shower and bath. Family room, living room, and breakfast area are all adjacent to the pool area and have full width glass sliding doors which open the home out onto the pool area. There is also a separate dining area. The pool area is also equipped with lanai tables and chairs and poolside sun loungers. There is also a laundry room with washer and spin drier, and fully fitted kitchen with all necessary equipment, utensils, crockery and glassware. Sorry, pets are not allowed and the home is 'No Smoking'
The home is fully air conditioned and also has ceiling fans in all rooms and on the lanai. The private pool and spa are electrically heated and fully screened and have the facility of a poolside shower. The home has its own private boat dock with Sea Ray Sports Deck 260 hp motor boat. (Available for separate hire.)
Being on the water opens up a new dimension to any holiday and particularly in this boating paradise, enabling you to enjoy secluded beaches, waterfront restaurants, or just being 'on the water.' Sanibel and Captiva Islands are within easy distance either by boat or car.
