Newly renovated and furnished two-bedroom condominium in the highly desirable Mountain Lodge property! Built in oak ski rack and oak wainscoting and cherry cabinetry! Let this be your home away from home! New for Summer 2009: we just purchased two additional adjoining one-bedroom units in Mountain Lodge, just steps away from our two-bedroom unit. Enough sleeping space in all three condos for 14 people! Great for families who want to vacation together yet have their separate space while remaining near each other!!

All three condos are located slopeside on the third floor with magnificent views of the Ballhooter high-speed quad lift. This location is perfect for families with little ones because the beginner slope, Skidder, is just outside the door. Begin skiing when they drop the ropes in the morning and come in for a nice hot lunch and head back out for the afternoon. Then, night life is just steps away in Snowshoe's village, with plenty of restaurant options. Or, stay in Mountain Lodge and enjoy night life and restaurants right in the building!

Little ones will love Split Rock pool, just steps away from Mountain Lodge's back door. This is one of the most convenient locations on the top of the mountain! Once you arrive at the top of the mountain, just park in Mountain Lodge's private, guarded parking lot. No need for your car until you're ready to head back home.

Condominiums are approximately 30 yards from the top of the Ballhooter lift. Step out of Mountain Lodge's back door and you're just a few steps away from Snowshoe Village!

We have three condos: One two-bedroom unit that was recently renovated. The two-bedroom unit has cable TV in the living room area and in each of the two bedrooms. All furnishings are brand new (Summer 2006). Each bedroom has one queen bed. Plus, the living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa. Kitchen is well-stocked, with dishwasher, stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, small appliances, all dinnerware and pots and pans. A small balcony off of the living room offers beautiful slope views and a direct view of the Ballhooter lift. Two full baths (one in master bedroom and one adjoining slopeside bedroom). Cable TV and DVD/VCR combination. Nearby Wildcat Provisions offers DVD rentals, just steps away.

ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A 2-NIGHT MINIMUM. Summer Rate: $150/night

To reserve the condo, we must have a $300 refundable security deposit and a signed rental agreement. The security deposit is not included in the rental amount (but, it will be refunded in full following your check out, provided that there is no damage to the unit or missing items). That's all that we need to confirm your reservation. Full payment of the rental amount must be made 30 days prior to check in.
