Enjoy your stay at this fabulous beach area in this immaculate, bright and airy 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo. Property backs up to Fort Clinch State Park and has a beautiful pool and jacuzzi for your use. Just 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach which has many wonderful shops and terrific restaurants. Don't forget to take a horse drawn carriage ride through Downtown or charter your own private boating tour.
There are plenty of tennis courts, basketball courts and golf facilities just minutes from this lovely unit. The condo is beautifully furnished and no details have been overlooked. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. There's also a queen size sleeper sofa. The master has a large private bathroom with double vanities. Thank you for sharing your home. We stayed for ten weeks and the condo lacked nothing. The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of towels and bedding. It is ideally located near the pool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Our company was very impressed with the ongoing upkeep of the complex. This is an ideal location and we enjoyed "Sandy Bottoms" which is a five minute walk and the quaint historic downtown is only a 30 minute walk. I would recommend this unit to anyone.
