Just 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach which has many wonderful shops and terrific restaurants. Don't forget to take a horse drawn carriage ride through Downtown or charter your own private boating tour.
There are plenty of tennis courts, basketball courts and golf facilities just minutes from this lovely unit. The condo is beautifully furnished and no details have been overlooked. There are 2 bedrooms with queen size beds and 1 bedroom with twin beds. There's also a queen size sleeper sofa. The master has a large private bathroom with double vanities. The unit also has a very spacious living room/dining room area, along with a tiled patio and patio furniture.

Hi Cindy- Just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your beautiful condo. We found this location to be more to our enjoyment. We loved and appreciated the laid back atmosphere. We frequent Amelia quite often and have always stayed south of the round a bout near THE SURF. We have also always stayed on the beach so I was a little concerned how this would work out. Well, it worked out great! It really is just a short walk to the beach. I have probably walked further getting to the beach at one of the condos we rented on the beach. We loved Ocean Park! The pool is beautiful (I wanted to join the 0900 'GOLDEN GIRLS' water aerobics--they were great!), the hot tub was relaxing and the grounds were immaculate!!! Your condo is wonderful! We have always felt at home in Amelia but this trip, we REALLY felt at home. I am hoping that this was the visit that has convinced my husband to buy our own "little piece of paradise"! Again, thank you for your hospitality! Blessings to you and yours!!!
