Cindy was very prompt and helpful. The condo is very close to the pool and the beach is a short stroll away. There is a nice playground & park very close to the condo (walking distance), as well as a few others a close drive away. The greenway is also very close to the condo. We enjoyed our stay very much! This condo is in a great location.

Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children.

Thank you for sharing your home. We stayed for ten weeks and the condo lacked nothing. The kitchen was very well equipped. Plenty of towels and bedding. It is ideally located near the pool and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Our company was very impressed with the ongoing upkeep of the complex. This is an ideal location and we enjoyed "Sandy Bottoms" which is a five minute walk and the quaint historic downtown is only a 30 minute walk. I would recommend this unit to anyone.

We had a wonderful time with fishing (caught a hammerhead shark), swimming and time on the beach - that plus the charm of "downtown" (especially the ice cream!) made for a terrific Easter break (He is risen indeed!). Thanks for letting us use your condo - which is a great location and nicely and comfortably decorated.

Hi, Cindy - your check arrived today. We had a terrific time during our stay; the weather was great and the condo was very nice and in the perfect location for us.We did notice, though, that the carpet could use a good cleaning and we couldn't get the air conditioning to work for us - thankfully it wasn't hot that week,. If we return to Amelia Island (and I've no doubt we will) we will certainly be in touch Warm regards,

Good Morning Cindy, Just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the rental of your condo. It is a very nice unit and facility. Al was very nice and friendly. Wished I could have spent more time at the unit instead of traveling around Georgia and South Carolina calling on potential customers. I took Thursday off though and took a early morning fishing trip with AC Charters. We caught 3 - 15-20Lb Drum fish which were very good eating. The kids and significant other really enjoyed the beach and pool area. Thank you and hope you had a nice Easter!

Hi Cindy- Just wanted to drop you a note and thank you for allowing my family to enjoy your beautiful condo. We found this location to be more to our enjoyment. We loved and appreciated the laid back atmosphere. We frequent Amelia quite often and have always stayed south of the round a bout near THE SURF. We have also always stayed on the beach so I was a little concerned how this would work out. Well, it worked out great! It really is just a short walk to the beach. I have probably walked further getting to the beach at one of the condos we rented on the beach. We loved Ocean Park! The pool is beautiful (I wanted to join the 0900 'GOLDEN GIRLS' water aerobics--they were great!), the hot tub was relaxing and the grounds were immaculate!!! Your condo is wonderful! We have always felt at home in Amelia but this trip, we REALLY felt at home. I am hoping that this was the visit that has convinced my husband to buy our own "little piece of paradise"! Again, thank you for your hospitality! Blessings to you and yours!!!

Hello Cindy....We have just returned from a visit to "Paradise." We had a most enjoyable stay in your beautiful home. The ambiance and spirit of your home was exactly what we expected and more. Family and friends who visited with us shared the same experience. From the moment we opened the door we felt welcomed and had the feeling that we were in for a pleasant experience.
