Seawinds is a newly constructed property located in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama, this 2/2 beauty has a 3rd room with bunk beds and a desk that can be used as an extra bedroom or an office.
Seawinds is located directly ON the beach just 2 blocks from Highway 59, next to or nearby restaurants, shopping, golf, charter fishing, and many other activities.
The complex has a private beach access from the building to the beautiful, white, pristine beaches of Gulf Shores! The complex has a fitness center, hot tub, and indoor-outdoor heated pool available for the exclusive use of guests. Both outdoor and covered parking are available. There is a property manager on site as well.
In the condo, there is Direct TV and DSL hookups to make you feel right at home. All bedrooms are uniquely furnished with flat screen TV's and DVD players. The living area has a flat screen HDTV and a DVD player. There is balcony access from the den and master bedroom.
In the master bedroom there is a king-size bed, in the second bedroom there is a queen-size bed, in the 3rd room there are bunk beds and the sofa turns into a bed! Therefore this unit can comfortably sleep 6-8 people!
This Seawinds unit has granite countertops in the kitchen and in the vanities in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs! This condo has all the luxuries you need to make this your home away from home on the beautiful Gulf of Mexico.
Need two units??? We have two others for rent in this complex as well! Just ask about it!

We absolutely loved your condo. It far exceeded our expectations...better than the pictures even. Our daughter loved her bunk room with the cool light and also loved the kid's pool with the fountains. It was perfect for her. The view was amazing. This condo was wonderful. It was definately the cleanest one I have stayed at since going to Gulf Shores for about 12 years. The view was wonderful and our daughter loved the kiddie pool. We loved staying here also because you can walk to Sea and Suds. They have great food. We will definately plan on staying here again. We had a great stay at your condo. The condo was the best decorated we have ever stayed in. The beach was great and there were masses of shells. My kids loved the pools and hot tub even though my husband and I didn't get to enjoy it. (there were six kids in all!!) I recommend going to Lu Lu's and the Hangout. We just arrived here this evening to celebrate our honeymoon. So far, this condo has exceeded our expectations. It is absolutely beautiful. The bottle of champagne was a very special surprise. I will add to this entry as we experience more of the sights and sounds of beautiful Gulf Shores!
May 11, 2008 - Our last day here! We had an amazing time. Both of us have communicated time and time again how PERFECT this trip has been. Everything far exceeded our expectations. I would not recommend Jake's as the food was served luke-warm, but all the other restaurants were awesome. The Original Oyster House, Lulu's & surprisingly enough The Waffle House right across the street!
Thank you so much for opening your home away from home to strangers. We truly had an unforgettable honeymoon! We will be back with friends & family!

This is a wonderful Condo. It is great for the family to enjoy a get away. For us Shrimp Festival It was very clean and great beds and my husband loved the pillows and that is a plus for him to say.The decor is very lovely and it has a home feel to it. It had every thing we needed for our stay. Would highley recommend it to any one , Anytime of the year.. For for the beach is always great. Laura is great to work with on the rental also. We felt right at home. The kids loved the bunk beds and we can't wait to come again. The Seawinds is a wonderful complex and I believe we were in one of the nicest condos their. We hope to make it a new tradition to visit #806 every year!

We stayed in this condo in 2008 and now in 2009. The view is wonderful and the condo is located in the heart of Gulf Shores so we could walk to a different restaurant every night! Great time.
