Casa Apollonia is a beautifully restored 17th century building situated in the heart of Positano, the main town of the Amalfi coast, known all over the world as one of the most important touristic location. The property has a breathtaking views of the big beach (“Spiaggia Grande”), a customary place where people spend nice evenings drinking cocktails. Casa Apollonia is only a walk away from the beaches, boating, fabulous restaurants, boutiques and shops. The property is composed of tree apartments independent one each other but all accessible from the same entrance.
OUTDOOR SPACE: Casa Apollonia has a stunning flowered entrance pathway overlooking the unforgettable views. The terrace allow guests to watch Positano day and night life and is furnished with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dinners and is at the exclusive use of the clients.
INTERIORS: the entrance door leads directly into the very large dining living area with two sofas and a table seats 12 people. There are two French doors leading onto the large terrace which has ample space to dine or sunbathe. There is an open planned fully equipped kitchen in the dining area. There are two double bedrooms off the lounge both with an extra single bed and two bathrooms one with bath and the other with shower. Upstairs on the wooden mezzanine there is the third double bedroom with an extra single bed and next to this room is the service bathroom and at the bottom of the stairs is the third bathroom with tub.
SERVICES INCLUDED: water, gas for kitchen use, initial and final cleaning, weekly linen.
COMPULSORY SERVICES NOT INCLUDED (supplied and payable locally to the owner): electricity consumption (€ 0,30/kw)
SERVICES UPON REQUEST (supplied and payable locally to the owner): extra cleaning (€ 15,00/hour), extra linen ( € 10,00/ per person)
