Barrier Dunes is a beautifully landscaped GULF FRONT gated community with two pools, two tennis courts, 3 stocked fishing ponds, and a playground. Enjoy fishing from the shore, scalloping in the bay, and bring home fresh crab for dinner. Our community has dog stations conveniently located throughout, and the Barrier Dunes beaches are especially pet-friendly. We're directly next door to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park so you can walk or bike the 2500+ acres of pristine beauty.

"Just Coastin'" is a beautifully furnished lakefront townhome that we take pride in keeping immaculately clean! Both of our king bedrooms offer a private deck with a serene water view and private full bath. The full size washer/dryer is for your convenience, as is the fully stocked kitchen, including coffee maker, blender, toaster, juicer, pots, pans, cooking utensils, the works. We, of course, provide free WiFi and long distance to anywhere in the US and Canada.

We stayed at Just Coastin in March and loved it so much we came back in April. This is one of the best places in Barrier Dunes! Close to the tennis courts, pool and pond fishing. Short walk to the beach. Thanks Just Coastin!

We had a great time at the beach the last week of March '11. This condo is set up just perfect and CLEAN. The fish were biting and the dolphin were all over the bay. You can catch pompano, spanish and whiting from the beach. We love it at Just Coastin and the Barrier Dunes!

We stayed in this condo last August (2009). It was wonderful except for one problem that never got resolved the whole time we were there. I'm sure it has been fixed by now, as it was becoming almost impossible to get into the place. The lock on the front door was worn out and very hard to open. Eventually, we started leaving the deck door unlocked and had to lock our valuables in the car. We also could not get into the utility closet under the house to get chairs and umbrellas because the key was missing. We bought an umbrella, and did w/out chairs. The owner's friend, who managed the property, offered her beach stuff, just a few houses away, but we did not feel comfortable going over there and bothering her guests. We got by just fine, but the non-locked door did not help my husband's stress level. This was a small thing, and did not mar our experience at all. Everything else was EXCELLENT! Great location, clean, tastefully decorated. The property manager made it all so easy to plan. Thanks Jan! Sorry it took me so long to write a review.
Owner response:Sorry about the problems you encountered, Janetta. We had just purchased our new vacation home and everything was in great shape when we left. The lock has since been replaced. The storage area door (with beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, etc) which was "stuck" from the humidity has also been repaired. We're thrilled that you enjoyed your stay in our home and thanks for the honest review. You're right--Jan is a great resource for our guests!

My family and I enjoyed our vacation in this rental. It was well appointed and felt very much like home to us. The window seat was a real hit with our daughters. They liked to read there and also used it to check their emails. We saw turtles and fish from our balcony overlooking the lake. We sat on the beach and watched the water and even saw some dolphins. We have been to CSB 3 times and this has been the best rental we've had in Barrier Dunes.
