Cozy, beautifully decorated two bedroom cottage with King bed plus two twin beds and two full baths overlooking the golf course. Cathedral ceilings, glass doors, gas fireplace, full kitchen and laundry room. This home is very bright and light and faces south. The Swim and Racquet Club is a short walk and there are beautiful paths for hiking. Geneva National is a 1600 acre wooded and rolling gated golf community overlooking Lake Como. The area is extremely peaceful and quiet with condos, townhomes and single family homes. There are restaurants on-site, and dogs are welcomed if they are clean and well behaved. This is a non smoking cottage. We have lived in the area for 20 years and will take very good care of you. We want you to be happy here and will do everything possible to assure your satisfaction.

- Pet Friendly: small and clean, well behaved pets are welcomed
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): very flat surfaces, no stairs but the bathrooms are not wheel chair accessible.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): the sidewalk goes directly to the back sliding door and there are no stairs at all in the condo.
- Kid Friendly: the swim and racquet club welcomes children and there are great places to bike. Lake Geneva beaches are 5 minutes away. Hiking along the lakefront is a great treat.

Why the Owner Chose Lake Geneva
The rolling hills, three golf courses and the beauty of the 1600 acres plus the proximity to all fo the amenitites of the Lake Geneva/Williams Bay areas. The pools are wonderful in summer and it's only a three minute walk to both the pool and the tennis courts.
It's a wonderful neighbourhood; safe, friendly, pet friendly and charming.

The privacy, peace and great light. It's a wonderful home with cathedral ceilings, fireplace and lots of sliding doors for views in every direction. I love having the pool and the pool restaurant so close and I enjoy the hiking trails throughout the community. The three signature golf courses are absolutely stunning.
