The Emerald Coast has beautiful and clean beaches. Tidewater Beach Resort is a first class resort and is a popular tourist destination. The new international airport will be opening in 2010 just (10) miles away and will make it easier for others in the United States to discover what the Emerald Coast has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The view from our unit is just simply incredible. When you walk in the door and turn the corner to the living area, you are greeted with the waves of the ocean as if they are coming right
into the unit. The view just doesn' t get any better. The kids have a blast swimming and playing all day on the beach and at the pool. The resort is located 1/3 mile west of Pier Park and does not have the traffic congestion of Thomas Drive.

Hello. Thank you for visiting our listing. I am a native Floridian and live in Central Florida. I have stayed at many condos in the State of Florida and chose to purchase here because of the beaches. I live (1) hour away from Central Florida beaches, and chose to commute (6) hours to the panhandle for my family vacation. Our family of (5) enjoy visiting our condo very much.
