The new international airport will be opening in 2010 just (10) miles away and will make it easier for others in the United States to discover what the Emerald Coast has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The view from our unit is just simply incredible. When you walk in the door and turn the corner to the living area, you are greeted with the waves of the ocean as if they are coming right
into the unit. The view just doesn' t get any better. The kids have a blast swimming and playing all day on the beach and at the pool. The resort is located 1/3 mile west of Pier Park and does not have the traffic congestion of Thomas Drive.

I live (1) hour away from Central Florida beaches and commute (6) hours to the panhandle for my family vacation every year. Our family of (5) enjoy visiting our condo very much. My friends and I stayed at this condo and we absolutely loved it ! The condo is beautiful,very clean and had plenty of room. There were seven adults and we still had room. I myself slept on the top bunk bed and found it to be very comfortable. The corner balcony was perfect for pictures, had an amazing view. Another plus was the coded door lock, that way we didn't have to keep up with a bunch of keys or door cards. Tidewater is also in a convenient location, walking distance to Pier Park and some fast food restaurants. We have planned on making this an anually trip and want to stay in this condo every year ! I would reccomend this condo to groups and families as well. ~Totally Impressed~
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children.

We just returned from a week's stay at this beautiful condo. There were 6 adults and 1 baby. We had a wonderful time! Everything shown on this website is accurate. The condo is very roomy and comfortable. It definitely felt like home away from home. Each room has it's own bathroom with plenty of privacy. You cannot hear the other tenants in the building. We didn't get to do anything in the Gulf due to the rip tides. Double red flags were flying but it didn't stop us from having a great time. The weather was a perfect 80 degrees each day. The sunset over the water is amazing! Waking up in the morning to the view and sounds of the ocean is incredible. It was an automatic to go out on the balcony as soon as you woke up, with coffee in hand and sometimes a blanket, to sit and enjoy the view. We shopped at Pier Park...laid out on the beach and by the pool; rented scooters; visited the Pier; and pretty much ate all the time. The best restaurant, hands down, was Captain Anderson's. Total Perfection! Not one person was disappointed in anything they ordered. Pretty good for 6 adults all ordering different things.. The grand finale during our stay was 4-5 dolphins came close to shore right in front of our condo and put on a little show for us. This made our visit complete. I would absolutely recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed. We hope to return next year!
