Spacious, comfortable, impeccably maintained, non-smoking Golf Cottage adjacent to 18 Hole Pete Dye Signature Private Golf Course, close to I-95, away from heavy traffic area but close enough to enjoy Hilton Head Island. Two bedroom Cottage with second bedroom which can serve as a lockout. Furnishings are custom designed. Lockout has its own microwave, coffee maker, and small refrigerator. Very well kept. Photos are recent. Beaches, numerous Public Golf Courses, including signature courses by Nicklaus, Palmer, Fuzzy Zoeller, and Davis Love III, major Shopping Outlets and Malls, Churches, and Fast Food to Fine Dining all within a short ride.

Outdoor seasonal Pool, Indoor lap Pool, Sauna, Tennis and Basketball Courts, Grille Room, Health and Fitness Club, along with a Full Service SPA all available just a short walk from 'Your' Cottage.
