Built in the 1930's for a local ranch, our cottage has been completely renovated. The 2300 square foot home includes a daylight basement overlooking Emigrant Creek, which flows through one mile of our private; 82 acres. The three floors offer some privacy from other guests while the main floor has a living room, kitchen and eating area perfect for preparing and eating meals together. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed and the loft is furnished with three full sized beds and fans.
The outside surrounding the cottage is completely landscaped with a large yard for children to enjoy while the adults lounge on the open deck or covered porch with views of the mountains and creek. Chico Hot Springs Resort is located one and a half miles and includes fine dining, swimming in a natural hot springs, horseback riding, sled dogs, and a spa. We are close to Livingston to the north 25 miles, Bozeman, Montana and a commercial airport is 45 miles and Yellowstone National Park to the south 35 miles. |
