drive. The property is located in a rural valley on the Oregon-California border. This truly gives you the best of both worlds. This a place to un-wind and be with family and friends.
Whole House Rental Package:
This gives you rein over the 5000 plus sq ft house and surrounding grounds. The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 ½ bathrooms, Open floor plan kitchen, dining room, and sitting room. Large conference/family room, two patios and laundry room. Wood fired oven and outdoor BBQ also on site. House sleeps 10 but can accomodate up to 14 easily. Spectacular sunrises and sunsets stunning views of Mount Shasta, panoramic views of the valley, and loads of light.
Whole House Rates:
$450 per night (3 night min, plus cleaning fee)
$2700 per week (plus cleaning fee)

Rates increase for each additional guest over 10.

In order to place reservation, a deposit for one night plus cleaning fee must be paid in full with balance due upon arrival. Cancelations must be made in writing 30 days prior to reservation for refund. |
