Our stay at this beautiful and wonderful home was absolutely perfect! Our family reunion and celebrations were a huge success largely due to the fact we stayed at this house. It is most lovely, extremely well kept and quite large. The pool area is wonderful and our BBQ for the entire family was awesome. I/we cannot rave enough about the house and how kind, accommodating and caring the owner is and what a pleasure she is, and how she pays attention to every detail and need. If you are looking to rent a beautiful home from an owner who really takes excellent care of their property and cares about the people who want to rent it, this is exactly where you want to stay. I know we will the next time the need arises! With great appreciation and sincerity!

I was in the house for 3 weeks in August. We had such a great time. What you see is exactly what you get. 3 minute drive from the beach. My kids loved it. Thnxs Alice for everything, you are super. We hope to come back in August and are thinking about it.

Great Family Home

I stayed at this wonderful home with my family, which consisted of 4 adults and 6 kids. There was more than enough room for everyone. The children stayed in the pool all day and when not in pool, went to the beach which was 2 min away. I highly recommend this home and the home owner was very accomodating. We can't wait to go back!!

A Great Family Vacation

Having experienced other vacation rentals, I have to say the best thing about this rental was that every detail listed on VRBO was present in the home! Every bedroom had cable TV, the requested pack-n-play was very clean and functional, there were tons of pool towels, plenty of dishes, lots of seating by the pool, and the 2 bicycles were quite fun! There are innumerable amenities within 10 minutes of the house: beautiful beaches, Publix super market, restaurants, a public park with exercise trail, shopping at Minzer Park, and hair & nail salons. There were a few hiccups during our trip but Alice was more than accommodating. For all the luxury afforded in the area, the rental price was more than affordable. . Would definitely visit again with my family.

Wonderful stay in Boca Raton

What a great rental property this is. We had 11 people stay here, ages 1-1/2 to 89-1/2 for a week and we never felt crowded. Alice provides a very clean, comfortable, spacious, affordable home that had lots of great extras. TV's in every room, porta crib, booster chair, a fabulous swimming pool (cleaned twice during the week) and spacious back yard, lots of pool toys, two wonderful "cruiser" bikes, plenty of dishes and cookware, a beach pass, close to shopping, restaurants, groceries and just 1-1/2 miles from the beaches. Basically, what you read about this property in its description is accurate. You would enjoy your time in Florida just hanging out at this home! Alice is very personable and will accomodate you with any reasonable requests you might have. Our entire group had a fabulous time here and would come back for sure.

Alice, We want to thank you for a lovely time at your beautiful home. It was truly a "Home Away from Home" as you had everything anyone could want. The crib and high chair for the baby came in so handy, and we ALL enjoyed the pool with the water toys and lovely seating around it, that you provided. My family just returned from a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. Our daughter was married on the beach, and the house was close to everything we needed. (Dunkin' Donuts is even within walking distance..) We had a great dinner the night before the wedding, and took advantage of the grill and outside patio/pool area. Our guests were amazed at the amenities, as it is so completely furnished. Alice is a delightful and classy lady, and we are hoping to return when we have more time to simply enjoy the house and pool. I would highly recommend this property!!

Perfect family home for relaxing and exploring Boca Raton!

Our family of 5, plus 2 grandparents had a wonderful time at this home. The location and beach parking pass made it a great starting point for exploring various parks and beaches in the area. The pool was a HUGE hit with our 3 children and the backyard and patio area accomodated our group and visiting friends with ease. The house was exactly as pictured and described, so there were no "surprises" when we arrived. Alice was very thoughtful and left a personal note for us to read upon arrival. She resonded to my numerous emails and requests prior to our arrival. The entire experience was very enjoyable and we will definitely stay here again when we visit Boca Raton!

I must say that we truly hit the jackpot in finding this house. Five of us recently stayed in Alice's house and all of us came away impressed. We used every feature that Alice had to offer - the pool and barbecue area, the kitchen, five bedrooms, bikes in the garage, and high speed internet access. There were literally no hassles in dealing with Alice - she even left a book on the counter offering tips and suggestions. If you're looking for a great option in South Florida, this house is it. Ten times the value of booking an ordinary hotel room.

My family rented this house because our daughter was getting married near by. There are so many positives to say about this place but the most important is how nice Ms. Alice was to work with. As for the house we had 11 adults and 3 children in it for 3 days and than just 9 adults the rest of the week. It never seem crowded. I guess it's because of all the sitting. The pool and yard made the stay perfect. The beach nearby was beautiful and we hit the shops and restaurants. Everything you want is close by. One thing I have to point out as a negative is the floors are very slippery when wet. Just wanted to be honest about everything. The house is well stocked with things above and beyond what you would expect. It was clean and we were very blessed having found it on the vrbo site.
