This beautiful one-bedroom apartment with Cable Internet is located in Ipanema, Two blocks from Ipanema Beach and next to Jim Lords Pub-the most famous pub in Rio. Mingle with the richest and hippiest crowd in Rio. Ipanema shopping right next to it.
Totally Renovated:
Apartment was totally gutted out and reformed and renovated for my own and my partner's stay. Our penthouse in Copa Cabana is always rented since we kept our rent very low compared to other penthouses in Rio (visit our other listing 88304). We stayed in some other apartments in Rio when our penthouse was rented and they claimed to be the most luxurious apartments with own private pool. Guess what? Pool was like kiddy’s pool with dirty and real cold water so in reality – non functional. Forget about pool, even shower was not functioning- either you get really cold shower or boiling water- nothing in between. Bed was so bad that we had back pain for weeks. List kept on growing. Then we decided to have our own crib since we both traveled alone, we decided to go with one bedroom apartment since we do not need three bedrooms like our previous penthouse. So this apartment will be available only for some lucky ones who are looking for the finest.
We decided not to rent this place during the period either one of us is Rio. No expenses have been spared for renovating this apartment. It was supposed to finish in two months but our requirements kept on growing. It took five months to finish it but we are not disappointed with the end results and neither will you be. Thirty-dollar (USD) wine glass, 42-inch Plasma TV, all American appliances are just the tips of the iceberg. Thousands of dollars are spent just on custom paintings and custom lighting.
Totally Furnished:
Designer Lights and false ceilings, Custom made and Brand new TOK STOK Furniture, All American home appliances, Custom Paintings, Brand New Air conditioner, Brand New TVs (One 42-inch Plasma in Living room and one 29-inch TV in Bedroom) and two DVD players, Brand new Home theater system, Best Mattress money can buy in Brazil –very important. Complete Custom kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, juicer, toaster, rice cooker.
Work Hard and Play Hard:
Depending on your mood – either work on the desk which comes with Cable internet (very fast) or entertain your guest at the Custom made Marble Bar with dim lights sipping Martinis. There is also a safe in the bedroom for additional security.
Last but not the least:
Way too many American Dollars was spent on renovating and decorating this Penthouse to make you and your guest feel like a King and or Queen. To continue that feeling and since you are on Vacation, rent also includes a cleaning service by my favorite maid Michelle (sweetheart) who will pamper your stay.
