This newly remodeled year-round home on North Shore Dr. is directly across from Lake Michigan. Enjoy one mile of soft, white sandy beach just steps away down a private walkway with NO STEPS.
The spacious living room has a 35-inch cable TV, VCR/DVD player and ceiling fan. A three-season screened room with a glass-topped table and chairs is right off the living room for family games or extra seating for eating.
There are three bedrooms, Master Bedroom and Bedroom Two have queen beds, Bedroom Three has two sets of bunk-beds. All bedrooms have cable TVs. Linens and towels are included.
Dining area and kitchen are fully stocked and include refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. A convenient utility room with washer and dryer are on the first floor.
We are one of only a few homes that boasts a beautiful, grassy full front yard for family games. A large attached rear deck has your patio furniture and barbecue grill and overlooks the private dunes.
Walk the North Pier and enjoy the freighters coming in the channel or a short walk to North Shore Beach Park has all the children's play equipment. Explore the soaring lakeshore Dune Walkways at the park. North Shore Marina is just down the street for all your boating needs. Grand Haven Shopping, Restaurants, Michigan Adventure Theme Park, Golf, Tennis are all only a short distance away.
Our home is comfortable, clean with everything supplied for you to enjoy your time at the beach. It is truly a beautiful area.
