There are numerous reasons to visit Omaha. We are in the center of town with quick access to UNMC (University of Nebraska Medical Center), UNO, Creighton, downtown (Conagra, UP, FNBO), the world famous zoo and incredible restaurants. Sit on the back patio for hours and enjoy the numerous birds in the area and flowers that are everywhere. Full kitchen all the comforts of home. Walk in, drop your bags and you're home.

- The second shower is in the basement but we were gently scolded for not saying that it was available. A third shower is planned for spring 09. For now with big groups, we say "guys downstairs and gals in the master" 1/2 bath is on the main level.

For 1 or 2: $120/nt..$700/week..$1200/(2 wks)..$1600/(3 weeks)..$2000/mo.
Add $25/nt, $100/wk, $100/mo for each additonal 2 folks up to 10 total.
2009: Flat $330/nt during CWS & Wrestling <=10 folks. Add $100 July4 & Christmas.
$300 Reservation/Security depost. Returned within a wk after departure.
* New Years, July4, Turkey and X-Mas are a 5 nt minimum. CWS is 10nt minimum.
* Deposit due to reserve. Rent due 2 months before arrival to hold reservation
* Full Refund 60+ nts prior to arrival, 1/2 rent 30-60 nts prior.
* May thru August is 4 night minimum if you take a weekend night, otherwise its 2.

I was on your page and wanted to email you a review on the house, but had a problem with the email button. I just wanted to say... We are from Hawaii and went to Omaha to attend my son's graduation from Creighton University. We had numerous questions and Keith patiently answered each and every one. This home is on a corner lot in a very quiet convenient neighborhood with garage parking and street parking. It is centrally located between Creighton University and University of Nebraska at Omaha. It is close to the airport and has very easy access to the freeway, main roads, shopping, restaurants and grocery stores. Their description of the house features on the website is exactly as promised, no disappointments. My family and I want to thank Keith and Rebecca for sharing their beautiful home with us. We stayed here for a week in July. My father lives in the Old Market (downtown) and my son was attending a camp at Creighton. It was very easy to get to both places. The house was huge and beautiful. It was perfect for our stay. My sister works at Nebraska Med Center and came over one day after work and said some of her co-workers have to park farther than it was from there to the house. We thoroughly enjoyed the spacious, comfortable accommodations that Keith & Rebecca offered. The location was quiet, but convenient and not too far from a hiking trail. Traveling with my brother made it especially nice to be able to spread out. Keith made this, our first VRBO rental, easy and welcoming. We did so enjoy his hand-holding and making everything go smoothly. Thank you Jane. It really was a pleasure sharing our home and conversing with you.
