This fabulous new and spacious (1000 sq ft) condo is located in the prestigious Lakeforest Condominium Complex in Frisco. Lakeforest is situated between the edge of Frisco and the National Forest. It faces Lake Dillon and from EVERY ROOM you will see lake and mountain range views. Hence the name "Lakeforest".
It is centrally located and 5 -15 minutes from five of Colorados major ski areas: Breckenridge, Keystone, Copper Mountain, A-Basin, and Loveland. It is also within 30 minutes from Vail. After a day of skiing relax in one of three of the hot tubs perched up on the hill overlooking the divide. Wake up to the sunrise and the spectacular views from both bedrooms and dining and living rooms.

Just had a very comfortable 5 day stay in this condo. Just as advertised, completely outfitted, although we were very conveniently located to lots of fine restaurants, and only made coffee. Glad I chose this listing...Easy transaction w/ management....super location for all activities.

We spent a wonderful week in Frisco. The condo was just as pictured! Well equipped and stocked with the extras like garbage bags, coffee filters and TP. The view was fantastic - changed every time we looked at the mountains.
