A sofa bed is available in the living room which includes an entertainment center complete with TV, DVD, CD and VHS. The newly remodeled full kitchen and furnished lanai are bonuses. Hi, my wife and I bought our condo as a part time retirement home. We reside most of the year in the SF Bay Area. I am retired after over 40 years in sales and my wife is a reference librarian on the Peninsula. We have 2 daughters and one granddaughter who was introduced to Maui last Christmas. She loved the pool but was a bit overwelhmed at first with the ocean. We love sharing our Maui home. We re-modeled the kitchen and upgraded most of the rest. We find it comfortable for us and have received some very nice feedback from our guests, some of which have stayed with us on repeat visits. We hope you will enjoy it as well
Why the Owner Chose Other Kaanapali Properties
We selected a condo in a complex that was small and well maintained. We wanted to be in West Maui because of all the activities, restaurants, and shops but we also wanted a quiet more residential environment. What sold us was the "Aloha Spirit" that was exhibited not only by the staff but by the permanent residents as well. Most of the owners have been there for a long time and are intent on keeping it a premier oceanfront property. We were welcomed immediately. The guests fall into the spirit immediately. Since the property is small, you get to know familiar faces right away. There is always a aloha. All guests seem to come together at sunset on the Tiki deck to enjoy their favorite beverage while watching the most beautiful sunsets in the world. The place is warm, friendly, and truly our home away from home.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
We love the whale watching from our lanai and the turtles that roam off of our property. BBQ's on the Tiki deck are always special. We enjoy walking to the farmers market down the street in the mornings to get our coffee at "Bad Ass Coffee" and then get some fresh produce and breads. At night it is quiet and watching the ski with the millions of stars on the beach. We love the sound of the waves crashing on the shore as we lie in bed falling asleep. Most of all, we love the view of Molokai greeting us as soon as we open the door.
