Photo 1 - Hat Creek Vacation Real Estate We have enjoyed the many hours of wonderful fishing at Hat Creek, Fall River Mills, Pit River above the falls, Baum Lake, Crystal Lake & Lake Britton. There is fishing within 2 minutes from the house and up to 20 minutes away. If you golf, Fall River Valley Golf Course & Country Club is a 20 minute drive. The house has a large game room with a full size pool table & a ping-pong table top. There are many board games for all ages or bring your favorite game. There is a large backyard with an 8 ft fence. Great for a game of croquet. (provided). The family room has 2 recliners in the sofa and 2 recliners in the loveseat for a quick nap between morning and evening fishing. The house is decorated with a fun fishing theme. You can enjoy watching the deer in the evening on the front lawn. During the winter months, there is still fishing for trout at the lakes. We enjoyed the snow last winter and skiing/snowboarding at Shasta board and ski park. We are always refreshed after vacationing in Cassel. (10 miles from Burney).
