A tranquil marsh view and beautiful live oaks surround this open and contemporary home. All this just 30 minutes from Charleston! The home is a short bike ride away from the beach (1.9 miles!). This wonderfully inviting home is professionally managed for a worry-free vacation.
Rental of the home includes linens, end of stay cleaning (rentals of 3 nights or more), and Seabrook Island Club amenity access. We also offer an assortment of bikes in the garage for guest use - a big savings from bike rentals!
In addition to the gorgeous natural beach, Seabrook offers golf, tennis, horseback riding, and a fabulous brand new beach club pool area with oceanfront dining.
The living room, with gas log fireplace, coffered ceiling, and direct deck access overlooks the tidal marsh. The highlights of the home include a gourmet eat-in kitchen, formal dining room, wireless internet, hardwood floors, and a whirlpool tub.
The house offers three master suites! Great for several families vacationing together. The loft includes a den perfect for enjoying television or board games and has a pull-out sofa!
First Floor: Elegantly appointed Master suite with king bed; Second Floor: two additional master suites – one with two queen beds and the other with one queen bed and two twin beds.
This beautiful home is available to non-smoking guests only, please. Renter must be 25 years of age or older.

Seabrook’s Racquet Club is consistently ranked among the top 50 tennis resorts in the country, and features 15 clay courts, pro shop, player matching, and instruction for all age levels.
Golfers enjoy uncrowded playing conditions and breathtaking views on the Seabrook’s two fine courses: Crooked Oaks and the newly renovated Ocean Winds. Seabrook Island also has a brand new club house with two restaurants.
Seabrook is the only resort island in the Charleston area that offers a full service Equestrian Center. Beginner and advanced trail and beach rides wind through scenic woods, marshes, and tidal creeks. Parent-led pony rides are also available for smaller children.

We just returned from our WONDERFUL vacation and we are all ready to return! Our entire family of (10) loved the house, the location, the beach, the amentities, etc. Anne Arnold was superb to work with and she definitely goes over-board for her tenants. The house on Seabrook Island Road was gorgeous and was spacious and perfect for all of us. We all agreed that this was one of our best vacations ever - so relaxing and perfect! We're hoping to visit the area and the Arnold's home again in the near future!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+.

An absolutelty beautiful property made our family reunion in November a joy! 8 of us slept here comfortably and enjoyed everything the house and Seabrook had to offer. Anne has been a pleasure to work with - very easy and accomodating. We highly recommend staying in this beautiful home and hope to again ourselves.

Our family has rented this house for a week for the past two summers and we just made our reservation for a week this summer (09). My wife and I bring our two adult daughters, and their families. The three bedrooms are roomy with big walk-in closets and full baths. The two upstairs walk-in closets have windows with seats and the kids use them as playrooms. The kids also enjoy the upstairs loft where they have their own TV. The house is beautifully furnished and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for a large family. There is wireless internet access which we use with our laptops. An assortment of bikes can be used to cruise the island. This house is bigger than most four bedroom houses we considered and a great value. The owners are very pleasant and efficient in their communications. Seabrook Island is private with beautiful and uncrowded beaches. Shopping and a grocery store are just outside the Seabrook gate. There is a beach club with two pools and a kiddy pool. Charleston is about 25 minutes away. Our family, including the grandkids, highly recommend this house and Seabrook Island. We have a great time on every visit. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Families with Teenagers, Age 55+

This house was amazing!! Hardwood floors throughout, amazing loft, and the master suite was beautiful!! Anne was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. The island is quiet and relaxing and downtown Charleston is only about a 25 minute drive. My fiance and I would move here in a heartbeat if we could. We have stayed on Seabrook Island two years in the past 3 and we absolutely love it. You can't go wrong renting this amazing house. It exceeded all of our expectations. We stayed in this house for a week over Memorial Day, 2008, and couldn't have been happier. There were three couples and several children altogether, and the house provided plenty of room for each family to have their own space or be together. There is a large eat-in kitchen, beautiful living room and dining room, a roomy entrance hallway, and a spacious 2nd floor loft with comfortable furniture and a television. We were pleasantly surprised to see how tastefully the house is decorated. And each bedroom has it's own full bath, so it was perfect for our group. The house is centrally located on the Island, so we felt that it was easy to get to the beach, swim club, or into the wonderful shopping area. We will definitely go back to this property. Recommended for: Families with Young Children, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Age 55+, Adventure Seekers
