Casagrande is a beautiful farmhouse, recently restored, in the picturesque countryside of Montepulciano, an ancient city with interesting Medieval and Renaissance history. Surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and woods, it is an ideal location for a quiet and relaxing holiday, immersed in nature.
You can relax in the large garden, in the shade of age old tress, on the edge of the swimming pool of immersed in green and nursed in nature's silence, surrounded by one of the world's most suggestive panoramas.
The farmhouse has been divided into seven apartments, with five in the main villa and two in the gracious rural annex. There are different types of apartments and they can accommodate from 2 up to 5 plus 3 people, you can find the plans on our website.
The apartments are completely independent and furnished with excellent taste, that is, the floors in old terracotta, beams in wood, the antique furniture, the careful restoration recreate inside the warm and friendly atmosphere of the Tuscan hillside villas. All the apartments have the utmost comfort, with large internal spaces and comfortably and functionally furnished.
Inside the large lounge-dining room of each apartment, you can taste the typical products of our zone, taking advantage of the kitchen space supplied with cutlery and plates, fridge and electric oven. The bedrooms are large, comfortable and have easy access to the independent bathroom, with a shower and bidet.
At the foot of Montepulciano, The Pearl of the 1500's, is a few kilometres from Pienza and Monticchiello, Medieval and Renaissance architectural jewels. The property is situated in an excellent position, to reach the most important tourist places of Tuscany, with includes Siena and Florence, Umbria with Assisi and Perugia and Lazio with Rome.
