A prospective vacationer could not ask for a better place to stay. My stay started with business at the Orange County convention center and then changed to pleasure. The centrally located property with easy access to Disney, Sea World, Universal, the Airport heck we even went to Daytona Beach and Silver Springs, all from this central location. The pictures posted do not do the property justice. The surrounding area is quiet and we enjoyed a very peaceful stay. We did not use any of the amenities which were available from the resort, but would not have expected anything but first class service based on our experience. Without hesitation, we would use this property again and would recommend our family and friends

We just returned from a 5 day family vacation. Larry's vacation home was perfect! Clean & roomy! The home was just as it was pictured. Our family enjoyed the 3 bedroom home with private bathrooms. The location was perfect, easy access to Universal Studios, Sea World and Internation Drive!!!! We didn't visit Disney but that was "just around the corner as well". Brand new Publix grocery store made it convenient to pick up breakfast & lunch items. The resort also included a very nice community pool & basketball court among other things. We would definitely recommend this home to any family wishing to save some money & avoid the hotel crampiness and we would stay here again!! Thank you Larry for making our vacation a comfortable and enjoyable one!

This condo is just gorgeous. Spotless with tons of room. The three story layout gave everyone privacy, but allowed us to share 2nd floor space when we wanted to. Loved having free wireless internet! Just a well decorated, comfortable place to stay while in Orlando. I highly recommend!

Just wanted you know how much we enjoyed our stay at your home. Of all the different vacation home we have stayed in over the years yours is at the top of the list for cleanliness and amenities. Especially welcome was the large HDTV in each of the bedrooms beside the lining area. Thank You.

My daughter, infant granddaughter and an aunt and uncle stayed at Vista Cay in March, 2009. The property was immaculate and in a perfect location - close to everything. The owner was very accommodating in providing us with a crib and high chair. I have rented from VRBO for thelast ten years and this was one of the most outstanding properties.

We were a group of five (family of three and family of two) and chose this property because of the location, appearance from the webpage photos and the price. When we arrived to discover that the townhouse was even better than the website suggested, we were all delighted. The property is very spacious, beautifully decorated, clean, quiet, extremely comfortable, well located and very well fitted out. It is one of the best vacation properties we have ever stayed in and or friends agreed with us. Larry was great to deal with - very efficient and professional and keen to ensure that our holiday went well from beginning to end. We enjoyed the facilities of the resort as well and found them to be excellent. We all agreed that Larry's townhouse was the perfect place to stay for an Orlando vacation and have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

My family and I stayed at this property during the Christmas holidays. This townhome was perfect as we were combining three different households into one place for the holidays. We all know how that can be. Everyone absolutely loved the place. My parents stayed in the bedroom on the walk-in level. Everyone else stayed upstairs. It was more than enough space to accomodate all of us. We loved how each room had it's own bathroom. This condo was absolutely gorgeous and we felt like we were at home. The owner is very professional and nice. He even called back after our stay to make sure that everything went well. We travel to Orlando quite frequently and I can assure you that we will always stay here if it is available. We were orginally referred to another property at Vista Cay, but I am glad that we decided to stay at this one!!!

This place offers great quality and lots of space. It is very well located and taken care of. The owners are extremely friendly and ressourceful. We had a wonderful time and we will definately rent it again.The pool ,clubhouse, movie theatre and fitness centre were only some of the great amenities. Don't hesitate, this is the place to rent.
