New, private home, three-bedroom house, fully furnished, sleeping 8. Two bedrooms on living floor, master bedroom, full bath on lofted second floor. One of the bedrooms has a full bunk w/twin on top and an extra twin in the room, making this a great room for either 2 adults and 2 children or 4 children. The house will sleep 6 adults and 2 children or 6 adults comfortably. Both floors have amazing panoramic views of all surrounding mountains and valleys. House includes beautiful gas fireplace in living room, televisions in every room and a perfect wrap-around deck.
The house is close to many attractions for all seasons. During the winter seasons, short drives to local mountains (Waterville Valley, Loon, Cannon) and ride-out snowmobiling to main trails (Corridor 11). Short ride to lakes region (Squam Lake, Lake Winnipesauke and Wiers Beach) during the summer, and a beautiful Autumn season for the Leaf Peepers. Complementary breakfast foodstuffs and soda set-ups per rental; maid services available upon request.
Located just off Route I 93, Exit 27 over the covered Blair Bridge on Route 175.
