Our sixth floor unit is located directly on beautiful, white, quartz-based Crescent Beach on Siesta Key, Sarasota, Florida. Although Sarasota (SRQ) has its own international airport, Tampa and Fort Myers are only an hour's drive away, as are Busch Gardens, Treasure Island, and Tampa's Aquarium. Crystal Sands condominium is less than two hours' drive from Disney World, Epcot Center, Sea World, MGM, and Water World. Sarasota offers a variety of restaurants, live-theater and performances, museums and many golf courses. For shopping, there are several malls nearby and an extensive outlet mall within 25 minutes.
Our updated condominium is just an elevator ride from the beach and two pools. It is equipped with its own washer and dryer, new whirlpool tub in the guest BR, three TVs (1 is a flat-screen HDTV with TIVO recording and DVDs, two VCRs and stereo/CD/DVD/radio surround sound, and high speed internet modem. The enitre unit is tiled, with areas covered with oriental area rugs. Our kitchen offers granite counter tops, modern appliances, light oak cabinets, and a breakfast bar. Dining room seats six. Living room features leather furniture (pls don't use the couch as a bed) and floor-to-ceiling mirrors on one wall that appear to invite the Gulf of Mexico right into our unit. You'll find plenty of seating on the lanai to admire the views and breath-taking sunsets. The condominium association provides beach furniture free of charge. Parking is assigned and covered - registration with front office required to obtain mandatory parking pass.
