The beach can be seen from the window, the clear blue/green waters of the Emerald Coast are so nearbye. This is the ideal location for your relaxing vacation, away from the strain and bustle of the hot city.
Great for WINTER GUESTS as well, since you can spend the cold period in sunny Florida. It is a wonderful family vacation in the SUMMER.

Year Purchased: 1978
I am a hotel owner in a ski resort and have been in the rental business for over 40 years. My ski resort is in Taos, New Mexico, where I have the Edelweiss Chalet (listing # 45687, vrbo).
I love my beachside condo and spend time here every Fall. It is a perfect change to the high altitude and mountain living, very dry air there.
