Each 2 story, 1800 sq ft Villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, palapa covered terrace, air conditioning, TV with DVD/CD, a fully equipped kitchen with purified water, washer/dryer and all linens. 2 hours of daily maid service is included each weekday.

Why the Owner Chose Zihuatanejo
The quite seculsion. We are only 20 minutes from town but it feels like decades. The beach is usually almost empty and always beautiful. We have never had any crime or problems at the Villas, it is a very secure and safe location for our family trips. The pool is the best ever, fountain and wading pool, shamu shelf and crystal clear water. We can walk right onto the beach and go next door for awesome food at good prices or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. The staff at the Villas are so friendly, they will get and chop a coconut for a few pesos and bring it right to your hammock. We have the best maids any where, they keep our houses to American standards of cleanliness and repair.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
We only rent when Phil & Carol are in residence to make sure everything is perfect. Zihua is a very old school town with cobble stone streets and a small harbor. There is a Costco-like supermarket in Zihua that has everything we ever need. Ixtapa is full of fun touristy stuff to do and lots of nightlife.
I have never found another place as relaxing and serene as Villas Playa Blanca. We make sure everything is as close to perfect as we can, so you will have your best vacation ever.

We live in the Northern California foothills with six kids between us from 6 - 22 years old and a dog named Buddy. Kirk is a Fire Captain and Misty is an Office Manager. We all love to spend as much time at the Villas as we can. We have several condos on the property and family members that live there year round. We hope to retire in the near future and be able to spend half of our time down there on the beach.

Just wanted to let the public know how amazing this property is. Phil and Carol are the greatest hosts by far. As an added bonus to make your trip truly relaxing ask Carol for the Massage folks to come in and take care of you . If you are lucky enough to be there for longer than a week get a massage at the start of your trip and the day before you leave, it is so worth it. FYI this was our second stay here and we will be booking for 2009 by years end.
