This home is on the Ocean side of the island, with 60 feet of deep draft dockage. Davits are available. This stilt home has everything to make your vacation right.
The open floor plan makes entertaining the envy of all. The kitchen, dining and living room face the open water. A screened lanai expands the whole length of the house, with glass sliders that retract, bringing the outside in. You now have a great room on the water. Two bedrooms with twin,queen or king beds and one full bath, complete the main floor.
Climb the stairway to heaven to the top floor master suite that has a private bath and balcony. Watch the osprey feed their young, egrets and pelicans glide by,at a birds eye view. You could sit for hours and never get bored. A king size,four poster canopy bed adds to the feeling that you do not ever want to leave your own tropical oasis.
The ground level has a concrete floor, a huge tack box and Tiki bar. You have a carport under the house to keep your car out of the sun. The seawall has an under water light to view all sorts of marine life. It is like having your own salt water aquarium.
American Shoal Reef and Looe Key Reef are only 20 minutes away. This is America's Caribbean. The blue green, warm, crystal clear water is unmatched. You do not have to be a diver to view the brilliant fish and corals, visibility is excellent, and fishing is phenomenal. All conveniences are here on Summerland Key, but any trip to the Keys is not complete until you travel the 1/2 hour to Key West.
