The villa (approx. 2300 sq ft), located in an exclusive gated community in Summer Beach Village, is professionally decorated and has all the amenities one needs for a relaxing and memorable vacation. Summer Beach is centrally and conveniently located to all Amelia Island has to offer.
There is an attached 2 car garage (a rarity on the island) and rental guests have privileges at The Golf Club of Amelia Island (located at the adjacent Ritz Carlton Hotel). You will also have privileges and easy access to Beach Club Resort pool and snack bar and the centrally located lighted tennis courts.
The main floor features a spacious, newly carpeted and decorated open living and dining room area which is continuous with the patios once you open the large glass patio doors that provide an unencumbered breathtaking view of the ocean. While preparing meals in the adjacent, fully equipped, modern kitchen with all new appliances you can still enjoy the view. There is a 50” plasma TV and DVD in the living room. A fireplace, laundry room and half bath complete the first floor.
The second floor, also newly carpeted and decorated, has three bedrooms and three full baths. Both the master bedroom suite and one other bedroom have full ocean views with lovely balcony patios. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, 40" plasma TV, vaulted ceiling, large soaking tub, separate shower, two vanity sinks and walk in closet.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, 40" plasma TV, and private full bath. The third bedroom is oversized with two full-size beds, a sofa and sitting area as well as its own private full bath. This bedroom also has its own television.
