Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, and the sun on the world famous 7 Mile Beach. TREASURE ISLAND #217 is a beautifully furnished, poolside/ ocean view condo located on the second floor. Our vacation home features 2 bedrooms (one with king bed, one with twin beds convertible to a king bed), 2 full bathrooms, completely equipped kitchen featuring NEW granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, washer/dryer, dining room, living room with queen sleeper, central air, cable Flat Screen TV, stereo, DVD player, and a huge balcony where you can sit and relax overlooking the swimming pool and lively poolbar. As this is our personal vacation home, we update it regularly so as to keep it in top notch condition!
Three fresh-water swimming pools & waterfalls, swim up pool bar, whirlpools, water sports and retail shops are right on the property.
Within walking distance to shopping, a wide variety of bars and nightclubs, water sports, including SCUBA and snorkeling, along with restaurants featuring fine dining or even fast food. There are many places to rent cars, jeeps, and even scooters to get around the Island!

Very Comfortable Condo in a Great Location

My wife and I just returned from an 8-day stay in this beautiful condo. The condo was spotless with plenty of room and a great balcony. It is in walking distance to some great restaurants. It's also in walking distance to a grocery store though we're big walkers so for some it might not be considered walking distance. You can get anywhere up-and-down Seven Mile Beach for $2CI in the buses (vans that are referred to as buses). The condo complex beach is wonderful and would be a safe place to swim with children. The condo pool is a nice size and very well maintained. The condo is close to the swim-up bar which can get a little noisy on a Friday or Saturday evening but for many it would be the appropriate amount of liveliness that makes vacation fun. The owner made sure all our needs were met and I would enjoy staying at this condo if we get the chance to visit Cayman again.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Absolutley, wonderful time at this condo!! Beautifull property and great location to the pool, swim-up bar and beach. The beach is ideal for families for snorkeling and lazing around. The owner's were attentive and made sure every detail was taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this property for couples or families.
