The calm waves of "Coco beach" and the crystal ocean invites you to swim or just to stroll at the beach; if you want more activity, within a walking distance there are beach clubs where you can enjoy a drink, a meal or a sunbath.
Mamitas beach is about 5 min walking distance from coco beach. at this beach club for $2 - 5 dllrs you have access to the facilty,lounge chairs, umbrella, showers, pool.
There is also a restaurant and bar.
This new condominium offers customed made furniture. There are two bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. Each bedroom with a king size bed, high quality mattresses, and their own private bathroom. Sleeps four.For siesta time, each bedroom, and patio have hook up for hammocks.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counters throughout the kitchen. Dinning room for 6 people. All windows have screen protectors so mosquitos won't come in. Recently added:Internet
there is an extra charge approximately $56 to activate the access for internet. Playawireless is the provider.
There is a small patio to enjoy a drink and rock yourself in the hammock. Delight yourself with the ocean view or shining start at night at the rooftop pool. At night time stroll to Fifth Avenue, choose each night a different restaurant, cafe, bar or nightclub. The Blue Parrot has free drinks for Ladys on Thursday night. Arrive at 10:45 to see the firedancers with no cover charge. The windows at the condo have shutters; not only they provide privacy, but also if you don't want the sunlight to wake you up early, just roll them down, and you can sleep-in after having had a wonderful time in famous 5th Avenue.
If you have any concerns, our manager is within a phone call away. He and his wife are excellent people, with great customer service experience. There is a cell phone in the unit so you can give him a call. He speaks English.

Why the Owner Chose Meridian
My husband liked the arquitecture of the Meridian, the green areas in the hallways, the rooftop pool, the size of the condo, He also wanted a condo on the ground level.
His favorite beach is "Mamitas beach" this unit is only 5 minutes walk so it was a good location.

Within a short walk you can enjoy the beach, return to the condo for a snack, for a nap, shower or to watch your favorite show, foreign movie or sports.
Also within a short walk you will be on famous "La Quinta"
We would recomend you with a tour agency on La Quinta and 32st for great discounts
and a reliable taxi driver for your day trips for a good price
Every hour a bus leaves from the airport to Playa del Carmen. If riding the bus, from here take a taxi cab to calle 40 between 5th avenue and 1st.
