Beautiful four-bedroom home, located at 931 Aspenglow Blvd, sits on an acre lot with a beautiful view of the San Juans. It is quiet and secluded but still close to Pagosa Springs shopping. For skiers, we are a 30 minute drive to the Wolf Creek ski area via Hwy 160.
For summer and fall vacationers, our house is a few hundred yards from Pagosa Lake, where you can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, sailing, and fishing (from boat or dock). Or, you may simply enjoy a scenic walk around the lake.
Two bedrooms containing twin beds are downstairs. The master bedroom with a queen bed is upstairs along with a smaller bedroom with two twin beds. In addition, two air beds are available.
The upper level is the main living area that contains the kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom, a smaller bedroom, a half-bath, and dining and living areas.
The living and dining areas open to a beautiful deck with mountain view.
Extra sleeping areas:
The large bedroom on the lower level has plenty of extra floor space that can accommodate sleeping bags, cribs, etc. It also has a game table and a television. Two air beds are available, if needed, to accommodate large groups. A normal size adult can sleep comfortably on the large couch in the living room. |
