Beautiful four-bedroom home, located at 931 Aspenglow Blvd, sits on an acre lot with a beautiful view of the San Juans. It is quiet and secluded but still close to Pagosa Springs shopping and popular hot springs. For skiers, we are a 30 minute drive to the Wolf Creek ski area via Hwy 160.

For summer and fall vacationers, our house is a few hundred yards from Pagosa Lake, where you can enjoy kayaking, canoeing, sailing, and fishing (from boat or dock). Or, you may simply enjoy a scenic walk around the lake.

Our home is ideal for large groups and extended family vacations. A high speed cable modem and wireless (WiFi) router is provided for your internet access requirements.

The upper level is the main living area that contains the two bedrooms, a half-bath, and dining and living areas including the entertainment center. The living and dining areas open to a beautiful deck with mountain view.

The upper level contains the master bedroom with a KING bed and full bath and another bedroom with two NEW twin beds and a half-bath.

On the lower level there is a full bathroom and two bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a QUEEN bed, a single twin bed, a 36" TV, and a game table. A second bedroom has two NEW twin beds.


Extra sleeping areas:
The larger bedroom on the lower level has plenty of extra floor space that can accommodate sleeping bags, cribs, etc. Two air beds are available, if needed, to accommodate large groups.

Owner Description

I am a graduate of the University of Oklahoma and did graduate work at Stanford and Purdue Universities. I am currently retired and live in Chapel Hill North Carolina. My brothers Steve and David and I own this property.

Why the Owner Chose Pagosa Springs

Our parents built this home as a second vacation and retirement home. They were sold on the location because of the beautiful mountains, good fishing and golf, the relaxed pace of life, and the friendly small town atmosphere offered by Pagosa Springs. The house resides in an area that will remain secluded because it is surrounded by a green belt area.

The Unique Benefits of this House

We enjoy reading on the deck while viewing the beautiful San Juans; the wonderful hiking trails nearby; the well-known Pagosa Hot Springs; fishing within easy walking distance from the house; wonderful skiing in the winter at Wolf Creek.
