Our stay at the Whipple Townhouse was wonderful. It provided us everything we needed for a stay away from home. It was clean and well taken care of. We liked having the full kitchen, the washer and dryer on the upstairs floor, and there was space for our family to spread out. We enjoyed the privacy, the security, and the convenience to Walt Disney, Legoland, and so much more. We were able to enjoy the splash pool with our children, but still enjoyed the ability to go to the clubhouse pool as well. Overall, we will be back.

We stayed here for 5 nights in March and loved it! The house was great and perfect for our family of 6 (age 2 (twins), 9 and 10). We loved the home-like amenities but also enjoyed the resort feel that this place offered with the pool and play area. It was minutes away from Magic Kingdom and other attractions. The area was great for restaurants and grocery store. This is the first time we booked a vacation home and the owner Paul was extremely helpful and made the process easy. I will definitely book this home again and recommend it to anyone who is considering a vacation home.

We were extremely please with our experience at this condo. The location was great for Disney. The condo was very well equipped, clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The splash pool was perfect and so nice to have. The amenities in Windsor Hills were very nice. Paul's customer service was fabulous. We would most definitely stay here again or recommend it to any of our friends or family.

There are many properties to choose from at Windsor Hills. I would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone who puts a high priority on customer service. Paul, the owner, went above and beyond for our family prior to and during our trip. Any request that we made, he found a way to make happen. Any question we had was quickly answered. The townhouse was clean and had everything our family needed.

Like the title says, What a GREAT place to stay. This was our second stay at the Whipple Townhouse, you can't ask for a cleaner well kept townhouse. It is close to Disney and other attractions, Restaurants and stores are near, everything you could possibly want or need is within 5 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend this townhouse to everyone who asks me about our stay in Florida. Thanks Paul for allowing us to stay at your townhouse.

This was my first time renting directly from the owner -- like many people, I know you can save money by eliminating the middleman, but never felt comfortable dealing with only an individual and not an agency. Well, Paul (the owner) put those fears to rest right away. Very personable, pays a lot of attention to detail, etc. I could just tell that there would be no problems renting from him, and if there would happen to be any maintenance issues, etc, that he would take care of them right away. I was not disappointed and would gladly rent his townhouse again in the future. An easy, seamless process. The unit itself is a very nice place, and Windsor Hills is the premier place to stay near Disney -- you can read about that in all of the other reviews. The main point I am trying to make here is that you can feel at ease renting this very nice unit, and save a significant amount of mooney in the process.

We loved our stay at this townhouse. After a horrible delayed & diverted flight we didn't check in until 11:00pm. Check-in took 5 minutes and we were on our way. The house looks exactly as it does in the photos. It's spotlessly clean with plenty of room. There are plenty of towels. The kitchen is very well equipped. Disney is less than 10 minutes away. We never had time to use the clubhouse but it looked very nice and is very close to the house. Unfortunately we had to cut our vacation short so we could get home before Hurricane Irene but we will be back. Paul Whipple is wonderful to deal with. He answers any questions you may have very quickly. We will rent his townhome again in the future.

My family and I were super pleased with the accommodations! We have three children ages 12, 9 and 6. Everything was just as expected. Townhome was super clean and felt like home. The splash pool was perfect after a long day at the Disney parks. The drive to Disney World was super close and convenient. Restaurants and shopping are close and convenient as well. Windsor Hills is a large community, but the Whipples townhome is located at the end of a street and is away from lots of traffic and has ample privacy. I would definately stay at the Whipples townhome again and have put them on speed dial for our next Florida vacation. Thanks for making our vacation a positive one! We will definately be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at your home. The location is great, close to all of the parks. Having a pool right at the back door was great for the kids. They were able to go swimming every morning before we left for the parks. Your home was very clean and well kept. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This was an awesome condo!!! I would highly reccomend it!! It had plenty of room for all 7 of us. Very clean, and well stocked with plenty of towels and everything we needed. Windsor Hills resort was awesome as well. The owner gave great directions on how to get to the property and explained everything in detail so we had no problems with anything. It is well located to anything you are looking to do. We had a great time and cannot wait to visti this condo again soon.. Thank you so much for a great vacation!!!

This was a great rental experience. The actual townhome lived up to all that the owner promised. We were very pleased the beds were comfortable and the place was spotless. The kitchen is well stocked and even beach towels were provided for dips in the relaxing pool after walking around the nearby Disney parks. We had lots of choices for places to eat. Although we did not use the community pool, it is very spacious and inviting.The community is well cared for and quiet.I am happy to recommend this townhome because the owner works so hard at providing the best in customer service. He was quick to respond to any questions or comments that I made. We stayed here the first week of June 2011.

Recently visited Orlando with the hubby, two kids and the mother-in-law. This townhouse was perfect for us! The kids loved the pool for early morning swims before heading to the "big pool" to play with other kids and go down the slide. We scheduled a movie one evening in the movie theater and the kids loved it! We even exercised in the gym and bought snacks in the convenience store... and, it wasn't over-priced! This home, and the resort, are clean, well-kept, and very accomodating for most families. This is our second stay at Windsor Hills and will always be our choice when we visit Orlando!

The owner, Paul, was very responsive to my inquiry and the booking process went very smoothly. I knew I was dealing with a trustworthy owner. Check-in with the management company a few miles away took about 2 minutes and was hassle free. The property is a very short drive to Walt Disney World and about 25-30 minutes to International Drive and the Mall of Florida areas. We opted for pool heat and the temperature was absolutely perfect for our 2 year old who went swimming for her very first time. The pool was not exposed to the sun in the late evening, which was a big plus for us since that is when we used it. We didn't get a chance to use the resort facilities, so I can't comment on that. The lock is electronic, so you don't need to return the keys when departing..a time saver. The property is as described and as shown in the pictures. The only thing lacking is a patio-table umbrella to help protect you from the sun. The property was clean and well maintained, but the cleaning service needs to do a much better job at cleaning the tiled floors. The soles of our feet would became black after only a few minutes of walking barefoot. I would recommend this property to friends and family and would stay there again but unfortunately my Aunt lives close to Walt Disney World and made us promise that we would stay with her the next time we go. She doesn't have a pool, so I may use that as an excuse to stay at Paul's property again in a couple of years. :)

We had read the reviews on the website and they all seemed very positive. However once we got there we were truly impressed by the townhouse and the sourroundings and how safe we felt within Windsor Hills. Paul was excellent to deal with and truly cares about the the people that stay at his townhouse. I would not hesistate to return to his townhouse for our next visit. The location is very close to Disney and and all amenities. Paul and the property managers also went the extra mile to ensure that we received personal items that we had forgotten behind at the townhouse. Thanks Paul for the wonderful week. As our 3 year old said that dreams to really come thru!

Our experience at this townhouse was excellent, very clean, comfortable for four adults and two children. Kitchen well stocked with all you need to create a great meal if you decide to eat in. Great having the three bathrooms. I would recommend this place for a great vacation.

We were travelling with two little kids and were renting a townhouse for the first time. It was in excellent condition, and was fully equipped for our stay, including a high chair for the baby. Our kids loved it and did not want to leave. It is very close to Disney and all major highways are easily accessible. We would definitely recommend this home away from home !

We enjoyed our stay at Paul's place. We are a family of four so each of our children had their own bedroom and bath and they appreciated that a lot. The Windsor Hill resort is a very nice place to be. Kids liked the big pool and the slide. Staff was pleasant and polite with customers. We would highly recomend this resort/condo. Steve and family.

We're a family of 5 and we drove to FL from NY. The home was perfect for our 3 children (9, 7 & 1) my husband and I as well as my parents and sister who vacationed with us this year. The home was exactly as it was in pictures! The townhome is located in a beautiful community in a great location. Very close to Disney. We saved a lot of money by purchasing groceries(you'll also need to purchase trash bags & toilet paper), and made our own meals. EVERYTHING that we needed was available inside the home. We barbecued and even had tupperware for the leftovers :) My kids really enjoyed their time in the splash pool, and when they weren't in there, we took advantage of the beautiful community pool. It felt so much like home, we were all sad to leave! On the administrative end of it... another A+! The owner Paul was available to speak with and made the booking process so easy. And even when there was a hiccup on my end, he was patient, understanding and very professional. The only thing that went wrong during my stay....was that I lost my wedding ring on packing day :( So if anyone stays in this wonderful home and finds it, please contact management! Thanks.

We cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was! Everyting was exactly as promised. Everything was easy and convenient. Our children are 3 and 5 and had an excellent time. We stayed at this townhouse for a week and it was absolutely wonderful! Mr. Whipple was very pleasant, responds to emails quickly, and it was very easy to get scheduled and set up. Check-in was easy, everything was as described and in perfect working order. The location is very close walking distance to the pool, game room, store, etc. The kids loved the splash pool on the screened-in porch area, and so did the adults! It was just a short drive to all the major theme parks. Lots of things to do in the area, shopping, restaurants, mini golf, etc. I highly recommend this townhouse!!

Whipple Townhome was an excellent place to stay. We came from the North with two children seven and five and it was great for them to have their own rooms for sleeping and our own pool for those "quiet" evenings when we did not want to deal with the hustle and bustle of the community pool. Speaking of the community pool, the slide (40+ feet) is awesome and I would guess my kids (not to mention myself) went down it hundreds of time. The townhome itself is super convenient to the community ammenities and so close to all of the Orlando attractions. The ability to come home after a big day out and have a "home" to come home to made our vacation so much more enjoyable The townhome has everything you need for your stay. I do not think we had to purchase a single thing during the week we were there. The owner, Paul Whipple is super responsive to all questions and great to work with. I am not sure when we will be returning to the Orlando area, but when we do, it is our full intention to stay at the Whipple Townhome again. Thanks for a great place to stay during our vacation. This was my family's first trip to Orlando and we had a wonderful time at Disney World. We have 4 children, ages 10 down to 3, and found Mr. Whipple's property to be very accommodating and lived up to everything described on VRBO. From the very close proximity to the parks, to the hospitality of all the Windsor Hills staff, and all the quality and amenities available to us, this was simply a great value and truly helped my family feel that "Disney magic". I've already begun planning our next trip and have found that comperable accommodations on park property to be upwards of $10K. Needless to say, I will certainly be considering coming back here for our next trip. Thanks Paul!

We here for one week in May (first week) over here. We where with 4 persons, included two eleven years old girls. They love the place for the pools. Each morning and evening they got in. Especcially the big pool. Everything is very clean. A great place to be nearby the big atractions. Ther's also lots of space on the streets.

This townhouse is very close to Disney property just like the listing states. It only took 15 minutes to get to parking lots of Epcot, Hollywood Studios, and Animal Kingdom. Also, very close (maybe 1 mile) to Rt. 192 which provides many restaurants, stores etc. The townhouse was very clean, and provided plenty of room for our family of 4. There is a very large community pool with a waterslide that the kids had a great time in. The owner was very prompt at responding to questions, and pleasant to do business with. I would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone wishing to spend time in the Disney area!

Had a great stay at the Whipple's townhome. Check in process was very quick and we were able to settle into the townhome right away. Location is wonderful for all the Disney parks. We were probably in the parks and back faster than many of the Disney hotel guests that have to wait for crowded buses. Townhome had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and was all that was advertised. Neighborhood was quiet even though we were there during the busy spring break season. Paul was also excellent to work with in the booking process. Quick to respond to emails and made the whole process smooth and easy.

My family came down to get out of the cold for a few days and this was the perfect get away. With our own heated pool, we were able to swim a lot in the pool which my little ones loved! It is very close to Disney and lots of stores and restaurants. We also enjoyed the amenities that this condo had; waterslide, game room, mini golf and the playgrounds. I would recommend it for your next vacation.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Mr. Whipples townhome. It was roomy and clean and so close to Disney. There were many amenities at the resort to use also........ Mr. Whipple was always very prompt with emailing and answering any questions that I had. The reservation process was very easy........I hope to definitely stay there again in the future.......

Whipple's townhome was very clean, comfortable and roomy for our family. It was very close to resort clubhouse, fitness center and pool area, we could walk there easily. We used the tennis courts frequently. We were never bothered by noise or traffic. We would definitely recommend it for any family.

Our family enjoyed a week at the townhouse and were very pleased by the location, it was only a few short miles to the entrance to Disney World. We spent 6 days at Disney and were able to easily come home and avoid the busy Disney afternoon for a break and swim, then head back to the parks for the evening events. Door to park was literally 10 minutes. *Magic Kingdom was 10 minutes to the transportation center, then we had to take the monorail to the park. The home itself is very comfortable for a family, everything was very clean and the private pool was fun for a quick dip or late night swim. My kids loved having thier own TV and private bathroom! I highly recommend this townhouse for a comfortable home away from home vacation!

We were so pleased with this townhome and resort for our Florida vacation! The owners are very friendly, prompt and great to deal with. It is a spacious townhome and was very clean when we arrived. Our kids (OK, us too!) LOVED the splash pool, perfect size! They were just as thrilled to leave a Disney park to come back to their "resort home" to swim or play the PS2 that was available. It was so convienent to be close to the parks and Downtown Disney, we didn't waste any time on the road. We were very close to lots of restaurants....Macaroni Grill- yum! It is nice and quick to swing by Krispy creme for a hot donut on the way to a park too! Windsor Hills is an excellent resort for any age.....the pools are beautiful and we felt very safe inside the gated community. We can't wait to come back and we will definitely be using this very townhome again!
